Pizza Boli's — Restaurant in Baltimore

I ordered from this particular location and had an unpleasant experience. I ordered my food through the app and had it delivered to my home. The driver went to the wrong location and was rude when they called and I explained they were at the wrong location. The food that I ordered was wrong, I contacted the location and was told that they would remake the food free of charge. (They did not ask me to return the other food). The driver called me and inquired and harassed me about the order, claiming that it was right, and stated, " Why didn't I just make it work?" I let the driver know that I spoke to the manager about the issue and my food was supposed to be remade it was wrong. About 25 minutes later, the driver arrived at my home and demanded that I return the old food, which I had discarded, and I could not receive the remade food without it. I contacted the store again and spoke to two different ppl claiming to be the manager. They resolved the issue but also told me that they would contact the driver. When I went back to the driver, he got increasingly loud yelled at me, accused me of trying to steal and get free food, and that I was the reason that someone had just got fired. I tried to explain to the driver what I was told by management, what was wrong with the first order, and that I was not trying to do any of the things that he accused me of. He shoved the food at me and kept yelling at me. I felt unsafe and uncomfortable with the entire interaction. Eventually, I walked away. I was no longer hungry, didn't trust the food, and was very upset. When checking the order it was partially correct. I just gave up. The interaction was disgusting and I still can't believe that...

Im giving 1star because that's the only way I can even post this rating. I place the order for delivery. The order came pretty quickly however it was completely wrong. All the sauce from my buffalo wings had spilled onto all the other food in my bag which made both of our subs completely soggy with hot sauce. I tried to call back to have my order corrected and the young lady stated that she would have to call me back. I did not receive a call back in a timely fashion so I decided to drive directly to the location. I showed him exactly what was wrong with the order and they told me that they would gladly remix the order and gave us a cheesecake for our inconvenience. While waiting for the order to be made I noticed a few things. The first thing I noticed was that the cook was not using any gloves. I watched him touch the utensils that had been laying off to the side and then touch the sub role as well as toppings and cheese and place them on the bread. Additionally I noticed that he put mayonnaise Hots and cheese onto the bread and then put it into the oven while he cook the rest of the stink. Last time I checked mayonnaise is not to be served hot. I will never order from this restaurant again. They have unsafe food handling practices and they're bound to make...

I ordered delivery today which included the sub combo. I got cheese steak, fries and grape can soda. When delivered I received a orange can soda.

I called the store and was transferred to the "department " that handles the online order. I received no answer, so I called back. At this point, I seen how my sub looked. I informed the young man on the phone what was going on and before I could finish talking, he transferred me again. The line went back to him and I'm on my way!

I get to the store and show him the sub. He puts his fingers all in it opening it up and say " what you mean there's no meat?". I said what I said! Then he asked, "If I want it remade?", as if he just didnt put his fingers in the damn sub!!! According to the young man, my sub was slim due to me not adding a bunch of stuff on it.

He asked me 2x what I wanted on the sub and apparently they didn't have no can grape soda.

Long story short, the sub looked the same before and after. Waste of my time and money. And had to deal with poor customer...
