I have never went back to this place after them telling me the items on the menu do not come as described online. I ordered something online and was brought something similar, but not right. The manager told me he would have the delivery driver pick up the order and replace it with the correct order. I agreed to the exchange but the driver never showed up, and no one answered the phone when I called back to complain. I called the next day and the manager said that the order was made correct based on the menu they keep in the store. (Which is a custom version I'm guessing.) However, I told the manager that via their online ordering system the item was described differently and I demanded a refund because I didn't get what I ordered. After months of going back and forth with the staff and owners I called their corporate office, who weren't too happy with the exchange between myself and the establishment, and a gentleman assured me he would call the owner and straighten things out. This went on for a few more months and ultimately the manager of this location lied to corporate and told them he talked to me and issued me a refund. Read moreI work at a pizzeria, I’m familiar with how things run. It was my first time ordering here. As I’m waiting for my order, I’m looking at the reviews which were scaring me because a lot of them were saying delivery sucks and that the delivery guy doesn’t actually deliver to your doorstep but actually calls you to make you go to his car and grab your food. The food came somewhat warm. Which I can understand. Drivers usually take maybe two to three orders out for delivery at a time. But after placing my order I called slice to change my phone number that I put online and she told me she’d tell the driver. She didn’t alert them because the driver ended up knocking extremely loud at 1:15am. But the store was closed in her defense but I wished Slice could have told me they didn’t warn the driver. But when the driver came to my house, he told me he’s been knocking on the door for 10 minutes which is a lie because I heard the knocking only lasting for less than a minute and when I went rushing to the door he was next to his car. Read moreLiteral worst experience ever. The driver refused to get out of the car because I was paying cash even though I was charged a delivery fee and tip. I was told to go to the car. There were a guy and his girl in the car so why would I do that? One person maybe two nah I’m good. I was going to give the driver more of a tip. I got on the phone with the “GM” and I said what do I owe without tip and the delivery charge? He said nothing just take the food. Then I was hung up on. I then got a voicemail saying they needed my card number. I called back and asked to speak to the GM they then said he wasn't there so I asked who did I speak too? Then they proceeded to say the “GM” never said that so who was I talking to not 3 minutes ago? Also they said their calls are recorded but your “GM” was on my security system video telling me I owe nothing and to keep the food. Now apparently my address is down to never be delivered to again. This company is a JOKE. I’ll be calling corporate tomorrow but if you’re paying cash DO NOT order from this place.
