Tokyosushi — Restaurant in Baltimore

We decided to try a new sushi place instead our regular place and we were not disappointed! I will say from the outside it was kind of hard to tell if it was a sit down place but they have a very nice dining area. They are well versed in service dog laws so that was not an issue which is always a relief. There weren’t many sit down customers but it seemed like a pretty popular take-out place. Our server was friendly and attentive (and patient - sometimes we can take awhile to order)! I ordered the cooked dynamite roll which was amazing!!!! My fiance was excited because they had his favorite Chinese tea lemonade drink. As a group we ordered a bunch of rolls and they brought them out. They were beautifully displayed!! Apparently they mismade a roll but before we even had a chance to notice, they brought us out a new roll on the house to rectify the issue! That’s pretty good service if you ask me. After spending the day at the Preakness at Pimlico Race Track and being thoroughly disappointed by the lack of clean, nutritious food options, I was so grateful to find Toyosushi. What a refreshing change!

I ordered the Teriyaki Salmon and miso soup, and both dishes exceeded my expectations—absolutely delicious, fresh, and satisfying. The flavors were authentic, and it was clear that quality ingredients were used.

Beyond the food, the service was wonderful. The staff were kind, attentive, and made me feel genuinely welcome. It's rare to find a place that not only serves excellent food but also offers such a warm and caring atmosphere.
