Highly recommended! On a breezy, chilly night we had a beautiful Burrata appetizer (Buffalo mozzarella), followed by pan-seared scallops with apple-fennel-blood orange slaw on a bed of purĂ©ed sweet potatoes, and seared Magret duck breast with mashed potatoes, crispy, roasted brussels sprouts and “duck jam,” that seemed to be akin to a berry-onion compote, but was scrumptious.ïżŒ Servings were very generous, and we had plenty for take home meals, too! Small, but fun, wine and cocktail list, too: we started with the Marshmallow Old Fashioned that was nice and subtle, something an OF fan will really enjoy, and the Dernier Cri, a subtle riff on the Last Word with gin, lime, and aloe liqueur—be sure to swirl the brandied cherry, to go from the ethereal riff to the more recognizable one—delish! For dinner we sipped a Cinsault/Cab Lebanese Chateau Musar, powerful but beautiful (after it opened up with a needed chill) with the duck, and the Scarbolo Pinot Grigio “orange wine” that had much more body and fruit than a typical PG—great with the lighter dishes. Can’t wait to come back in the warmer weather!

I'm so happy I made a mistake and choose pick-up on door dash for this one. The place is beautiful and the vibe was on point, they even have outside seating aswell. I ordered the Impossible Smash burger which is vegetarian (I added bacon though) it tasted phenomenal. I paired it with a side salad that I was too eager to eat and didn't get snap a pic of. The salad was so fresh it tasted like the ingredients were picked and cleaned right when I ordered it! I usually go for a French or Ranch dressing but since I didn't specify they gave me the usual I'm guessing and it was still good so I was happy. My friend ordered the Crabonaro and she stated it was good aswell a little dry but good none the less. We both finished the meal off with a slice of their 3 layer birthday cake and bourbon ice cream that taste like if you were to get more than one helping you'd be a little tipsy (I doubt it but it was yummy)! I would rate this place a 10/10 for sure!

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 I recently visited Sally O’s, and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish! The atmosphere was vibrant and welcoming, making it the perfect spot to unwind with friends. The food was absolutely delicious, each dish packed with incredible flavor and beautifully presented. What truly made our experience memorable, though, was our server, Cody. From the moment we were seated, Cody went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. He was attentive, knowledgeable about the menu, and quick with recommendations. It’s rare to find a server who’s so genuine and personable, making us feel truly taken care of throughout the evening. His attention to detail and warm demeanor made us feel like we were in the best hands. If you’re looking for a place with exceptional food, a great atmosphere, and top-notch service, Sally O’s is the place to go. Thank you, Cody, for making our night so memorable! We’ll definitely be back soon!

This is the most reasonably priced place we’ve been in SOME time, and that coupled with the very thoughtfully created drinks, changing/local menu, excellent service
. Great time! My husbands cooking repertoire includes “chicken parm” only yet he suddenly turns into Gordon Ramsey when we eat out & he’s commented no less than 10x how great everything was! He prefers his meat medium rare, which turns out to be a very difficult thing to achieve in baltimore, but we never complain/send back, he usually just saws through the overcooked meat & goes home in disappointment - but not so at Sally O’s!!! Absolutely, amazing, perfectly cooked meat. I had the duck - which is my favorite thing to order on any menu (I absolutely LOVE duck) and this might be the best duck confit I can remember ever having. Service was impeccable - recommendations, timing, everything. We never had empty drinks, but we were not harassed either. The drinks were chefs kiss - espresso martinis with the brownie sunday: to die for. For reference we don’t have kids, and my husband cannot sit home for one weekend to save his life so we often eat out — OFTEN. We’ve eaten everywhere in the city. Done a circuit of all the Atlas restaurants, Chef Cindy Wolf joints, independently owned’s, all of them. The resounding thing we had to say on the way home was that we were disappointed we hadn’t tried Sally O’s earlier & that we can’t wait to go back. Definitely outpacing the rest of them. Kudos to the entire team tonight!! Any negative review I’ve read has been unhinged and given me a massive ICK. This place is the real deal. Go...

I've gone twice and each time the food has been amazing. The bar seats are very uncomfortable for my partner and I but we saw a lot of people sitting there so it may very well be just us. The outside makes you think of a small neighborhood bar. Couldn't be further from the truth. There's obviously a chef that cares about this place and it is indeed a restaurant and not just a bar. Had the wings and truffle fries the first time just for a quick bite. Amazing wings. It has a green Peruvian sauce that was out of this world. We had the carnita Tacos last time and they were good but a bit too cheesy. Like, the amount of cheese took away from the taste of the pork. They described as a mix of taco and quesadilla, so I'm sure that's where the amount of cheese came in. We also had the mac and cheese that was entirely tooooo cheesy. I get it, Mac and cheese. But it was not a sauce cheesy. More like super stringy from melted mozzarella. The menu stated bechamel but I am very serious when I say it was so cheesy and dry like someone melted cheese instead of making a mournay. We ended up doing the green beans instead and they were phenomenal! I can't say enough about how surprised I was at the food. When I asked the server, he said the owner was the chef too! She has a lot of plants and books around the restaurant that give it a personal feel. I'm assuming she might be a gardener as well because of all of the proprogated plants around. Drinks were awesome. I think Peter, Paul was the bartender both times. I think Michael was our server. Will definetly be back!! Maybe ask for light cheese...

On Monday, February 5th, 2024, I had an awful customer service experience with a server named Miles. When I asked for the manager name on duty, she refused to provide that information. She was heavyset, not the Caucasian manager who is always sweet. It seems that this other manager tolerates Miles' behavior. I come here often for the smash burgers and I miss the server Jake, who was nice and friendly. Miles gave me an attitude because I didn't leave a tip. He left my bag at the end of the counter, forcing me to walk all the way from the door to retrieve it. I paid for a dine-in smash burger and also ordered one to go. I asked Miles why he didn't bring my to-go bag to the door where I was located, and he responded by saying, "I'm giving you the same energy you're giving me." This confused me because I hadn't had a negative experience until this point. To make a long story short, Miles had an attitude with me because I didn't leave a tip, even though I always do. I offered to give him $10 or even $100, but he declined and we went back and forth. The manager also seemed to think his behavior was acceptable. I gave Mike multiple tips in the past. I will never give Miles a tip again and I will make sure to inform my family, friends, and business associates about this experience with him. Miles need to be transferred because I’m sure he’s treating other customers the same way. This behavior shouldn’t...
