Just want to start off by staying this company is terrible ran and doesn’t care about the employees one bit, I’m a former employee who got fired because I told management I wasn’t feeling good and couldn’t come in, instead of a manger coming to me, a guy from corporate (Randy) who’s not even a manger just ended up taking all my shifts away, then BLOCKS my # when I ask for a explanation. I was a former employee who picked up every single shift that I could possible because they literally only have 5 servers .. if that, the one day I said I can’t come in due to me not feeling good all my shifts are taken away but people call out and no call no show EVERYDAY ! & im always the one to help stay. They don’t care and they pick and choose who they hold accountable.. The man from corporate will fire an employee who works 10x harder than the management but keeps people who call out every other day, mangers who are DRUNK on the clock( Sabreen) , and mangers who cuss of guest (Lue and Sabreen) and manger who spend there whole shift not helping talking in the sports betting room (shaun) . Make it make sense, and when I asked the manger (Randy) why he blocked me he said he doesn’t talk about employment through text , so you block me ???? How was anything going to get dicussed !? , they literally pick and choose who they wanna hold accountable ! I recently had the pleasure of visiting Green Turtle Sportsbook on its opening day, and it was quite an eventful experience! From the moment I called to inquire about their opening, I was greeted with a warm and welcoming voice, setting the tone for the day.
Parking was a bit of a challenge due to the crowded lot, but once inside, I was greeted by two attentive hostesses who made me feel right at home. I decided to sit at the bar and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service provided by the bartenders. The margarita I ordered was top-notch and added to the enjoyment of the visit. For a premium margarita and a satisfying cheesesteak, the bill came in at under $30, which I found quite reasonable for the quality and service.
The decor was vibrant and upbeat, with numerous TVs and projectors creating a lively atmosphere. The sportsbook aspect of the establishment intrigued me, with high-tech machines scattered around, promising an exciting future visit.
What truly stood out was the esthetic and vibe of the place. The atmosphere was upbeat and refined, creating a fantastic environment for patrons. On the opening day, Green Turtle Sportsbook also had a special offer where the first 200 guests had a chance to win $5,000, adding an extra layer of excitement to the experience.

I walked in just to get a quick drink and maybe some wings. I didn’t see anyone when I first walked in, outside of two people at the bar and one table in the entire dining area that was occupied. The waiter/bartender walked past me several times. I tried to get his attention, and he just never acknowledged me. He proceeded to wipe down the bar, which should already be clean if you don’t have any customers, but there’s one here who could use a little help. After being ignored for about 3 to 5 minutes, there was an order for Kimberlea S: an order of 10 Carolina mild boneless wings and an order of 10 Honey Old Bay boneless wings, both with ranch sauce. So, sorry to Kimberlea S, but the chicken was good—albeit a little cold. I would’ve been upset if I had come to pick up my order and it was cold by the time I started eating it, because I definitely ate it in the car. That’s one thing, I guess: don’t expect your food to be piping hot when you place a to-go order. But outside of that, and the bad customer service, the free food was delicious. 3 out of 10.
