We had went there for breakfast, roughly about 8am. Had our breakfast in the dining room. It was pretty gross for only being open for an hour! Our food was served to us on a tray that was absolutely filthy! This photo was taken at the beginning of our meal. The soda machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in WEEKS! A rainbow of colored sticky droplets decorated the the inside of the soda machine. Half of the floor felt like they mopped it with grease. Both my husband and I went to sit down and our chairs slid several inches back the second we sat down because of how slippery the floor was. No it was not wet, the floor was coated in a thin layer of grease. But on other parts of the floor your shoes were physically sticking to the floor. Walking over to get napkins it almost sounded like I was walking on potato chips from how sticky the floor was. The dining room had been wiped down. The tables were all cleaned, but they were apparently using dirty water because it left it disgusting white foggy streaky residue behind on everything they had wiped down. I was a manager at a fast food place in my early adult years so I'm very familiar with how things are supposed to be done. The dining room overall was Modern and looks nice from a distance but it certainly wasn't clean. Whoever closed the dining room the night before did a terrible job and whoever's job it was to inspect it in the morning failed to do so. Beware of the rat traps by the main entrance. That should have been a deterrence enough for us not to go in. I understand that you need to be on top of pest control but you certainly shouldn't leave those things by the front door for guests to see! We kept ours by the back door and by the dumpster out back. The staff was neither rude nor were they friendly. They were just there. Other than complaining to each other, there was no interaction with us at all except to wait on us. Our breakfast was hot and fresh but it was lacking flavor. Not what I expected from Wendy's. I absolutely love their lunch/dinner menu. I won't be returning for breakfast or returning to this particular...
Read moreDO NOT GO TO THIS WENDYS. THEY DISCRIMINATE AGAINST THOSE WITH DISABILITIES AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE VIOLENT AND AGGRESSIVE. I went into wendys at 6411 Eastern Ave at 8:58pm. Went into the women’s restroom before ordering food due to my disability and stomach issues. 4 minutes after having an emergency bowel movement, a male employee knocked really hard on the door, came in the bathroom, then told me if I wasn't going to buy anything then I should leave after. This unnecessarily escalated. 5 minutes later, a female employee came into the bathroom, proceeded to unlock the bathroom door and open MY stall, despite me repeatedly telling her that I was in the stall. She apologized then came back and unexpectedly threatened to get a security officer if I didn't leave. The male security officer, the female and the male employee came into the bathroom. the security officer raised his voice at me, physically taunted me by aggressively shaking and banging on the entire stall, and kicked open my bathroom stall while I was exposed on the toilet. The employees then stole my purse which had my essential personal items in it, and then told me to chase after them to get it while I was still exposed. The female employee threatened to fight me and “beat me up” and told me to “shut up” after telling her that they all were violating my privacy. The security officer also threatened to physically take me out of the bathroom various times, while telling him I was exposed and still having a bowel movement. In the 12 minute span of me being in this wendys bathroom, they kicked down the stall, took my purse and refused to give it back, threatened and violated my safety and privacy numerous times, threatened to assault me, and harassed me. This has extremely traumatized me, and the only thing I did was use the bathroom for 10 minutes. They also yelled at another woman for using the bathroom to change her baby. Do NOT eat here, and more importantly, do not use the...
