I don’t like leaving bad reviews but my nails are so messed up. I see them everyday and I get more and more annoyed with the experience and quality of service. The first time I was there I was impressed with the price and loved that they had mood gel nails. The second time, I asked Lam the man in black glasses if I could try different colors and see how it comes out he said no. I said I’ll pay for the samples he said no it’s busy but there were two other women waiting. I was shocked so I pushed more like I just want to see different colors he blew up at me and had attitude! I said forget it I’m not getting my nails done he said ok , toss me to the side and got another customer. My bestie I was with told Monica about it and she said she would do them but she was in between customers and doing eyebrows. So she was rushing through to work on my nails. There is acrylic on my skin and balls of acrylic behind the nail. Very lumpy not smooth at all. Nail polish didn’t cover the whole nail and worse of all my cuticles were hurting for two days. Also while Monica was doing my nails. Lam and another customer were arguing! I later found out Monica and Lam are the owners so I’m never ever ever...

I had a wax done to my brow and then lady waxed half of one of my brows off so now one is wider then the other and she waxed my arch off to so now one is thin and rounded and the other is wide and rounded and I asked the “manger” for my money back because this is something one my face and she messed it up but nooo their is nothing wrong wit them they don’t see it but it’s clear as day one is bigger then the other so I showed them a picture form earlier today before I got em done what they looked like they say it cuz my eyebrow are two different colors mind u my eyebrow are black both are never been dyed nothing but I’m still denied my money back even tho she suppose to be a professional and I did not receive work of a professional and now I feel as tho she should be fired cuz why are people coming in paying money jus for her to mess up then they can’t get they money back it’s a scam really, she about 5’5...

I normally go to this nail salon quite frequently, however today was my last time coming. I have a normal girl that I go to but however she was not there. I assured them I was okay with someone else doing my nails and pedicure. After I received my pedicure I was told NO, I COULD NOT GET MY NAILS DONE. I was confused and tried to get some type of explanation. The owner told me that no one else will do my nails and that she was sorry. I asked the young receptionist and she claimed they just didn’t want to “mess up” my nails. This was so unprofessional and I won’t be spending any more money here. There’s people there that doesn’t know how to shape nails or paint them and I simple ask for the service that I paid for. I’m normally not the type to complain because I hate awkward situations but I refuse to pay good money for a service and not speak up when someone takes 2 hours to do my pedicure! I will not...
