Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Bangor Township

This was my second time trying JM. First was in midland and tonight we decided to try Bay city’s location out. Highly disappointed! Had 12 people in there and still couldn’t make food right. We ordered 4 subs. 2 we were able to get the toppings on. The last 2 “hot” sandwiches we couldn’t. Told to wait in the middle for them to be done so we can add toppings. Then the guy told us to wait off to the side for our name to be called to add toppings. Well they finally called our name, handed us the bag, and was told to have a good night. Couldn’t add our toppings. I got the chicken bacon ranch. Barely any bacon just a few diced up pieces and no ranch. 12 people there and couldn’t get their stuff together. My husband let them know the cherry Pepsi was out. The little girl behind the counter started making jokes about it not being out and that man didn’t know what he was talking about. My company placed a large online catering order for Employee Appreciation Day 24 hours ahead of time. When I showed up 10 minutes ahead of my scheduled pickup time, not only was everything already boxed up and ready to go, but all toppings, condiments (including small bottles of oil/vinegar!), and napkins were carefully sorted into bags and the boxes were clearly labeled with which subs were in each box. In addition, each sub was individually wrapped and included a sticker indicating which sub it was and what was on it. The staff was kind and even helped me load it all into my car. I went to Jerey Mike's tonight about 7:55pm. I order at 8:05pm waited till 8:20 for my sandwich to get finished. The guy fixing the sandwich was also doing the Mike's way and cashing people out. I counted 7 people working at the store everyone looked like they were lost. Who ever was the manager was that nite needs to be retrain on how to place his employees in the right position. There were about 4 people behind me waiting to order. The Women next to me state " This is not a very good way to run a Business ". Hopefully things will work out for...
