Herbalife Pine State Nutrition — Restaurant in Bangor

I normally love this place and visit this particular store at least 3-4 times a week. I’ve never had an issue with anything there and usually am very impressed with not only their products but their staffs cheery demeanor. All of the staff I’ve meet have been very nice and willing to answer any questions I have. All but one staff member. I don’t know her name but she has very blond hair, usually in a loose pony tail, and she is quite a little shorter then the other members of staff. I’ve had a drink made by her twice and both times she has been nothing but snarky, rude, short, and unhelpful. She was one of two girls working Wednesday 9/15 in the afternoon/evening. Someone, please, teach this girl how to treat your customers and how to make these drinks correctly. Not only was she rude and answered my only question with a snarky “I don’t know” and grab my tea away from me when she realized she made it incorrectly (never asked her for a remake mind you), but she ultimately made my drink wrong AGAIN, and I was so hurt by her attitude I didn’t ask her to fix it. Zero stars .... I have been going for a while to this place tried giving them a few chances.

The lady last night haded my loaded teas to me and said "there not too pretty but at least the lids will stay on"

They do not take their time making the drinks, everything is thrown into a cup and blended, no layering, they don't write on your drink what it is or what's in it. Loyalty punch cards are worthless. Honestly ......I will not be back to this place .....there is one in ellsworth I'll go the extra time to go too that...
