We went there on Thursday June 30th 2022. Placed our orders and were very disappointed with the service and the quality of our food. The food server started by putting meat that was out of date and disgusting looking, the white bread didn't look or taste right, the lettuce was starting to brown. While handling our sandwiches the server was trying to hide how bad the ingredients looked, she didn't listen to how things were ordered, then she tried to put ingredients on that were not asked for. I got sick to my stomach after eating a quarter of the sandwich. I vomited in the parking lot and tried to go back in but wasn't able to so I called and asked to speak to the manager there and was told that the manager was on the phone and would call me back, 15 minutes later after vomiting several times the same person who answered the phone and said the manager was busy called back and said she was the manager and when we explained what happened the woman was very rude at first but when I told her about the vomit in front of the store she changed her tone with me and said she would have her store owner call me. I am still waiting for the owner to call me back. I mean how hard is it to contact me when I gave them my number? Needless to say I am never going back to that...
   Read moreplaced an order thru the app for this order to be picked up at 840. Moments prior they cancelled my order. No phone call nothing. When speaking with Jessica she told my husband no order had been placed. I took screenshot from my account and a screen shot of where the charge went thru my account. A few minutes later and I see somehow Jessica changed it so it claims my order was picked up. When attempting at 850 to go back inside to ask what she did or where my order was it was not possible because she had already locked the door. Upon returning home she pursued in calling and arguing with my husband that we did pick up the order which we never did and that I won't be getting a refund. Again I have screen shots showing the order was cancelled and the card was voided. She continued to argue even when it was said I would be contacting the owner.Jessica is very unprofessional and the fact she decided to call after she was initally insisting that I supposedly never placed and order to then accuse me of picking up said order and still continued to state we were lying after it was told to her I took screenshot of the app proving what happened is very disrespectful.
