Back again, still good beers and good food. This time I had the Thai salad. We also had tacos and chips. No complaints and everyone in the group enjoyed themselves. The outdoor seating was nice, as it wasn't too hot or cold outside.
Stopped here before the Barberton concert series. The beers are good, and they have a nice selection of different styles to choose from. They also serve food. For an appetizer, we chose the chips and dip. They serve Lawsons dip, which was an Ohio favorite for years before Lawsons shut down years ago. I'm not sure where they get it now, but it is supposed to use the original recipe. The apple walnut salad was good, and the wraps are also good and tasty. They have a good-sized outdoor seating area. The bar staff were friendly and helpful. One of the taps went empty and gave me a 3/4 full beer. They made sure I was compensated for the less than full beer. A nice place to enjoy...
Read moreAbsolutely love Ignite but... My only issue is my second attempt to catch up with family and friends we’ve either been pushed out before the closing time or have been told that they are closing when walking in. I’m a bit confused if the hours say until 11pm. Why are you telling us that your closing at 9:30pm on a Saturday night or we have 20 minutes to drink a beer. We drove from Akron because the closing hours state 11pm. On another occasion we had been there on a weekend and they are turning lights out on us an hour before closing time. We had have a decent time closing at the competition down the street last night. I’m a true believer in holding to the hours of operation posted. Also breweries just like winery’s aren’t for children. Adult beverages are for adult atmospheres. Drinking around children or having children around drinking in my mind isn’t the...
Read moreLooks like a nice place...but as they say, looks can be deceiving! Walked in on a Friday afternoon to have a few beers before the football game. Not busy at all just two other patrons. We decided to grab a table near the bar (the bartender kept her cell phone and drink sprawled across three stools of the bar so no room to sit). Waited 10 minutes while three different employees looked thru us as though we were ghosts. No menu offered, no communication to say, "Hey, we don't serve the tables or give them menus or even point them in the direction of a beer list..." Just completely ignored! So we decided to go elsewhere! Angie's was happy to seat us and serve us their beer! Good luck Ignite...no wonder it was so slow on a...
