McDonald's — Restaurant in Barboursville

Probably the worst renovation I've ever seen, I understand getting rid of the playplace to improve on drive-thru and pickups but if a prison had a McD's this is exactly what it'd look like. Bare concretes walls with a random sticker here and there. The dinningroom is all one section so you can see every seat from your seat. Also there is NO SODA FOUNTAIN for customer access, so you have to akwardly ask for a refill everytime, and thats if anyones even near the register. The place was also dirty with big crumbs everywhere. They did add four order screens, and which two were already broken. They bring your orders to the table now, but my waiter was some rude young lady in a hurry. Got my biscuits and all the waiter said was "Here" and went back to the kitchen. I'd rather just wait at the counter. The kids area is dimminished to a tiny corner with a tiny table and two wall tablets. The outsides renovation did improve with a modern look, more parking and a larger drive-thru. Ive had numerous of McDs biscuits better than the ones I had today, they were quite mediocre especially for a biscuit from McDs. I dont recommend and I only visited to leave this review, wont be back to...

To the highest paid management at McDonald's. You need to come out of your office and spend some time watching and listening to what's going on in your stores! I went into a McDonald's located in a Walmart. Ordered a quarter pounder, medium fry , and sweet tea. I was going to eat my food in the restaurant until I saw that at least 2-3 tables had been eaten at and never cleaned! I waited FOREVER to get my order and when I finally get it I had the ranch on the side I had requested was missing! I had waited for so long I said to check with it and just left! Most ALL of your locations have come down to this same thing.... And the prices just keep going up! C'mon McDonald's you should be ashamed!!!! Clean...

Went through drive thru this evening when we got home just rite here on 28th st the food was cold buns were stale one of the most horrible visits I have ever had to any Mc Donald's...When I called and talked to a supervisor she informed me if I want the food replaced I have to bring the old food back in and remind u they were already closed...we had been on the road alday and just getting home I wasn't running rite back out.so if anyone is hungry and just want a sandwich after running alday DO NOT GO TO THIS MC DONALDS YOU WILL...
