This is in regards to the Starbucks inside the store of Krogers in Bardstown, Ky 40004, Yesterday on March 3rd 2018 I had the worst Starbucks experience of my life. They had four people working, one of which was a new girl by the name of Kara. I believe it was her first day so I feel sorry for her for being trained by people like that. When I walked up, I ordered my drinks, they messed them up 4 times and had to re make them over and over agian because the barista didnt mark the cup. Very poor communication. The worst part was the older woman, she was probably in her 50's and she was a Starbucks specialist. That's the only thing I remember about her name tag. She was very very rude to me and other costumers. All she did was bark orders and tell the other employees how to do their work. Instead of jumping in and getting the costumers out first. She was very unprofessional and she didn't do anything but stand there with a sanitizer bucket in her hand. I can see that the costumers came last and her power trip came first. By the time I left the store my drinks were melted and I ended up throwing them away rather then go back inside and deal with that all over agian. It's a shame that I can't enjoy Starbucks anymore because that is the only one near me. I will not...

It taste like water....horrible! This is the second time this happened....I have a gift card that I can't use because it's nasty.....to expensive for this to keep happening! Never again for Starbucks!!!!! I threw both of them in garbage.....nothing but water....gross! If I wanted water I would have stayed home! The person in front of me had a problem, the person behind me order was messed up people coming back in with problems and read some reviews and person had same complaint water tasting....you aren't going to make it very long! Employees very nice....but that doesn't excuse the water mess I got and I gave them 2 chances! Teach them how to make drinks! Probably had no training! DONE.....NEVER AGAIN! McDonald's have a Mocha Frappe that is way better and half the price.....but don't try to get it in Bardstown....I was told they were too busy to make one.....WTH? This location is always very busy with only about two employees that know how to make drinks. The past few times I have visited, the person working the register is very incompetent. They have no idea of the names of the drinks offered so in turn donāt know how to ring up the drink. No fault of the employee but probably more training is needed. I am kind of annoyed that when Iām paying upwards of $5-$10 for a drink and little effort is put into make sure itās made correctly. Two times I have ordered an iced drink with a Carmel lined cup only for it to come out hot. I politely let them know, not a big deal, but they just pour the hot drink into a cup with ice and pass it back to me. I definitely think more management and more training is needed at...
