Penn Station East Coast Subs — Restaurant in Bardstown

I was here on Friday July 15th upon my arrival I was greeted by employees in the store while the young man was taking my order a lady came storming in screaming at a teenager at the other end of the counter. The woman who I presume was the manager stopped what she was doing to intervene the lady started screaming at the manager and flailing her arms demanding a refund. The manager repeatedly tried to explain to the woman that she was not giving her a refund because she had already made her sandwich numerous times and it was half eaten. The customer then started screaming at the top of her lungs to the manager who then asked her to leave. It got so bad the manager had to call the police! The manager looked young but handled this situation great in my eyes. I am glad to see management there with these kids at night there is no telling what would have happened to those teenagers had an adult not been there to handle this situation. Kudos goes to the manager for sticking up for her crew! Great job Penn station my food was amazing...

Ok. So the first girl I talked was sweet. I could tell they were busy from the background noise. The second girl I talked to hung up on me immediately. I can only assume it was her the second time because all she said was "Penn Station" and hung up. I went over to order through door dash and when I received my things, one subs end was not even in the wrapping and the toppings there were in the bottom of the bag. I ordered 2, 12 inch subs but one of them just shy of 8 and 9 inches on the other. The avacadoe on the turkey was a chunky green and purple paste. Think of cottage cheese. The Italian was slop. It was pizza topping meats chopped up, maybe thrown on some makeshift flat top stove or a couple of lighters held under an egg skillet. The banana peppers seemed ok. I ordered a sweet tea but I swear they made it with spinach. Reminded me of the time my uncle held me under the water too long that time at the lake. In short,...

I went to penn station for the last time. It took for ever to get it order taken. Then the sandwiches weren’t served at the same time. The smallest child was served then the parents were served the sandwiches were a mess. Last the oldest child was served. I went to order another sandwich for the youngest because he was still hungry. I almost fell with all the water on the floor. I wouldn’t call it mopping it was like they just dumped water on the floor. Jen I got to the station to order, the guy wouldn’t wait on me. He was cleaning the slicer. I just returned to my table told my family let’s go I would go elsewhere to get him a sandwich. This was undoubtedly the worse dining...
