China Wall — Restaurant in Bardstown

Absolutely nasty food. Everytime I go here(not at all recently) the food is not good. Chicken is always fatty and full of Hard crunchy pieces that’s not breading. Food is way over priced seems I pay almost $30 for an entree, eggrole, soup and rice. There is no way someone could pay for a family of 4 and be satisfied. Let’s not forget the lady is who answers the phones and hands out food is an absolute nasty and rude person. No people skills at all. If you show any form of concern about your food or bill she will start yelling a single English word followed by something in her native language. In the end she doesn’t not resolve the problem. Take it or leave it.. we’ll unless you already paid. Haha non negotiable after that. She will also cover the pin pad and ask cash especially if she sees cash in your wallet. She begged me last time and I told her that cash was for something else and she tried to say $3 charge for card. That’s when I told her I will go find food else where and she started yelling okay okay card is fine, no charge. Basically this place is ran by some nasty people who wear sweatpants and no gloves to make your food, over charge and Harass customers and are blanently rude. I'm a very picky eater. I don't eat just any take out. However, I order from the China Wall any chance I can get. It is so good. The service is always great: quick, friendly, helpful, professional. The prices are reasonable considering the very large portions (one order of lo mein can feed 2 or 3 people, pair that with another side and an entree and you're good!) And the food, of course, is delicious. I can't decide what I love more- the dumplings, or the delicious fried wontons. But I always order either or with a side of fried rice, lo mein, and crispy fried noodles. Amazing. And, the menu options go on for days. Any person, no matter how picky, can find something phenomenal to eat here. Chicken, beef, pork, shrimp, vegetarian- they have everything. This is one of my favorite restaurants in town, and for sure the best Chinese restaurant for miles. Sometimes, I skip lunch a few times in a row to justify ordering as much as $50 of food from here. Don’t waste your money! We paid $80 for 3 individual meals, soup and crab Rangoon! We were suppose to have the family meals but received the individual meals and when we called to explain that we didn’t receive all of our food, we were told we ordered the combos . Which was not true! They were rude and hung up on me! And to top it off the food was awful, the chicken was chewy and stale! I have never written a bad review for any restaurant. This place is the worst experience I’ve ever had! And I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone....
