Definitely had to update my review which was posted almost 3 years ago. This place has become one of the lowest rated fast food dining establishments in Bardstown. The service is horrible, the food is cold, and the level of professionalism the management displays leaves little to be desired. My most recent experience was today about 3 o’clock. It’s the middle of the afternoon on a Tuesday. It’s not busy. I ordered two cheeseburgers no pickle and a small Diet Coke. Went to the drive-through got my food, attempted to eat it and it was ice cold. I return to the restaurant went in to return the food and request hotfresh burgers, the manager made it seem as though I was a huge inconvenience, I mean who actually comes in a restaurant expecting to get a hot fresh meal right? No apology was made, the bag was tossed at me with a complementary order of fries and two freshly “microwaved” burgers.Thanks for the free fries guys but I don’t even like BK french fries. I’ve been in the food service industry for nearly 30 years and I honestly don’t make it a habit of complaining about others that are. I know that at times it can be very trying. Read moreI am so surprised that this place has lasted this long, and as a fan of Burger King, that's painful to say. The service was awful with a sour faced staff member rasping "what do you want," and after I placed my order, simply saying the price and walking away. No customer skills or appreciation what so ever. If this had happened once, I would not like that employee. If it had happened twice, I might think they need to reevaluate hiring procedures. But every-damn-time!? The manager must be letting this behavior continue, or simply doesn't care that it's happening. These guys have no pride in their work, so don't even try making a special request, they WILL, 100% of the time, get something wrong. Food is okay, not as good as other Burger Kings (which I didn't know could happen, a BK should taste like any other BK in the country), but it's better than McDonalds, so I begrudgingly return occasionally. Read moreI was just at burger king about twenty mins ago. They were busy which I understand so I placed a mobile order while in the drive thru. When I approached the window to revive my food no one looked or talked to me while getting my food ready. I was handed a bag where again no one said anything. I then sat there because I was still waiting on my drink that came with my chicken nugget meal. When I asked what I needed which was just a look on the employees face. I asked for my sprite the girl helping the man in the window started yelling that I never ordered a sprite which I did it was on my receipt, and the app asked me to upgrade the drink or the fries and I upgraded the drink. The manager then was involved by yelling again asking what the problem was. Which I didn’t think there was one I just wanted my drink that I payed for.
