The cashier (Trevor) greeted me as soon as I pulled up to the drive thru with "Hi, welcome to Taco Bell, please take a moment to look over the menu and I'll be right with you." instead of the ridiculously long silence that makes you wonder if you got the hours wrong and they're closed like you get at most drive thrus. Once he'd (assumably) finished his interaction with the person at the window and returned to me he asked how I was and if I was ready to order. Once I placed my order instead of awkward silence waiting to see if it was right he continued the interaction, "You said 'sangria' right? How does that taste?" and continued the "conversation" as he finished putting it into the computer, once he was done he verified everything was right, gave me the total and had me pull around to the window where he continued to be the most polite and friendly fast food worker I have EVER encountered. He made sure everything was right and even double checked that he had asked if I wanted sauce. Definitely amazing service and took no more time than any other drive...

Hi guy this isn't a review just wanted to let you know I am the new Night shift manager of this location and we truly are working hard to try and meet your needs. For the past few months it's just been me and one other person after midnight. Staffing closers is a very difficult. Past few weeks everyone we hire either doesn't show or quits within the first week. I here all night it's fast food what's taking so long. Well the guy in front of you ordered 30 items and I have one person to make it. Most day we have to make both front counter and drive thru orders with few employees to do it. So please bear with us as we are trying to find employees that will care about you and the quality of your food.
