Seriously the WORST hotel I have EVER stayed at!!!! Arrived and two front desk staff members smoking outside of front door, so we walked through a cloud of nasty smoke! They ran out of keys so could only give us one. Got to the room and it was nothing like the pictures showed online! Carpet was disgusting, there were bugs flying around in the room, the sewer was backed up and stunk so bad in the room, there was a loud noise coming from the AC unit all night long! Exposed wires in a hole on the wall. Pillows were stained and yellow. No pictures on the wall. No safe. Refrigerator didn’t work. Shampoo was empty. Carpet was dirty and gross! After the room was not cleaned on day 2 we asked about it at the front desk. We asked that they assure the room was cleaned the next day. The next day we returned and the only thing that had been done was replacing the towels. They didn’t make the bed or anything. We also had things that were missing from the room and were told that they were still transitioning from Hampton Inn and the niceties such as in room coffee for even ice buckets would come later.
