THERE AREN'T ENOUGH ADJECTIVES IN THE ENGLISH LANGUAGE TO DESCRIBE THE POULTRY THAT IS PREPARED AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! IT IS INDEED AN OUTSTANDING ACCOMPLISHMENT OF CULINARY ARTS. SOME MAY SAY I AM BESOTTED WITH SAID COMESTIBLES BECAUSE I VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT THREE TO FOUR TIMES A WEEK.... AND TO THAT I SAY, HOGWASH!! MY GRANDMOTHER ONCE TOLD ME TO TRY EVERYTHING ONCE, TWICE IF YOU LIKE IT, AND THRICE IF YOU REALLY LIKE IT! IF IT ISN'T THE RIDICULOUSLY, LIP-SMACKINGLY SPLENDIFEROUS DELICIOUSNESS THAT I'VE ATTEMPTED TO CONVEY WITH MY VERY LIMITED VOCABULARY FOR THIS REVIEW, THEN PERHAPS THERE IS A PROBLEM WITH EITHER YOUR OLFACTORY AND/OR GUSTATORY SYSTEM AND YOU SHOULD DO EVERYTHING IN YOUR POWER TO RECTIFY THE QUANDARY WITH WHICH YOU HAVE BURDENED YOUR DISSATISFIED GUSTATORY ...

Unfortunately at this location we consistently experience the following:

most tables are dirty dining room is dirty in general you’ll gag using the coke machine (dried up coke all over it) they can’t handle a complex order (sauces usually are not right) employees are not friendly behind the counter/ in the kitchen looks filthy

(There was one younger gentlemen who took our order and he was really nice but he was also new. Hopefully the others don’t scare him off. They all turned away and ignored me when I walked up to the counter until he came up and took our order)

We LOVE our Shelbyville zaxbys. It’s a world of a difference. The managers here should visit that location and take...

Terrible, would give a 0 if possible. Spent nearly $40 at the drive through window for family supper when we were in a pinch for a birthday party only to realize we had been given someones kid's meals and not the wings we ordered. When we called to report, we were promised a refund by gift card which never came. After 2 weeks, called back and again spoke with the manager Heather who again promised to send refund card in the mail. A week later and still waiting. I will go back to ask for my refund but not to purchase food here again. The franchise owner should check this out. I looked at other reviews and wondered why there were good local guide reviews.
