Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Barnstable

One of the worst Domino’s outlets I have ever dealt with. I went there in person thinking it would be easier than ordering online or by phone, but the experience was just as bad. The staff work with zero interest, moving at an unbelievably slow pace as if they are being forced to be there. No energy, no courtesy, no sense of customer service.

When you try to call them, they don’t pick up. When you order online, it says “order completed” but in reality the order never even started. And when you go there to ask, they casually say “we didn’t receive your order” — no apology, no solution, nothing. Just blank faces and careless responses. Whenever asked for an update on the order, they look inside and then figured out that they need to make the order(Start the order). And after all this wait, guess what, they make the wrong pizza.

There is absolutely no proper customer communication. Nobody takes responsibility, nobody even tries to help. It’s extremely frustrating to deal with such an unprofessional and uninterested team. This outlet is a complete embarrassment to the Domino’s brand. When spoke about this, no acceptance of the mistake, just a casual talk saying do you want a refund or a new pizza.

Better to close the outlet or change the entire staff that work here/...

Consistently delicious late night pizza and treats, this location is run very efficiently and has been my go-to for late night eats in Hyannis. I always do carryout and sometimes I'll even arrive a few minutes after the store is closed, and I've always been greeted with warm smiles despite showing up late :-) The owner of this location, Kirsten, is super professional and clearly cares that her customers are satisfied. I can tell she is always working really hard and on top of everything. Great staff too - I love being greeted by Maria, always smiling and a slight Russian accent, what more could you ask for?? Lol. Food quality is what you would expect Domino's to be - DELICIOUS. ALWAYS. My favorites are Jalapeno Bacon Stuffed Cheesy Bread, their pizzas with pepperoni and jalapenos and mushrooms, and their chocolate lava cakes and Cookie Brownies - my mouth is watering just thinking about those sugary delights. In fact, I'm placing an order right now!!

TLDR: Great food, consistently made exactly as ordered, phenomenal staff and successfully satiates my late night last minute before they close cravings. Keep up the great work and I'll keep being your late...

Domino's Pizza, Hyannis, MA. The service was slow, the girls limitedly knew English in the 02601 zip code. The pizza was ordered as a thin crust pizza, yet we received it as a thick crust pizza! (picture attached). The cashier left the register, to chat with a co-worker who was near the pizza dough and making the pizzas, and accompanied her with the pizza preparation. I watched them chat and prepare pizza while wearing no gloves. I had asked that the cashier wear gloves, but she refused to,* and neither of the women thereafter wore gloves while handling ingredients that they added to the pizza that they were preparing for the oven! I asked my spouse to go in and ask them to wear gloves and he came back stating, they barely understood English, so that was not to work. I feel very grossed out amid a Covid 19 pandemic and that I had not wanted to eat pizza made with no PPE- gloves on! This is a picture our pizza near the next morning!
