"Cashier stole from me, blantant and obvious but couldn't even wrap my mind around it until I had already left the parking lot." - my review from 3 years ago when I went to this store for the first time. The manager at the time thanked me for reporting the cashier and said they were aware of the things this person was doing and we're trying to get the proof they needed.. So, that entire time they knew she was stealing from the customers and they did nothing about it.. Which gave her the opportunity to target me. They, also, said they were going to give me $20 to make up for it but I was so disgusted I never went back, not even for the money... That was, until last night.
Let me just say the two women working last night were PHENOMENAL. They were so swamped but they had smiles on their faces and we're just genuinely pleasant. Placing my order online definitely made for a much better experience, considering I didn't have to worry about anyone pocketing my money or making up a random amount of tax to charge me when I asked "there's no tax on anything?". Or making up a random amount of change to give back...

When checking out, The employee behind the register had his headphones on and appear to be listening to music and not paying attention to people trying to check out I mustāve waited a solid 10 minutes. And when He noticed me, no I approach to pay for my items, I greeted the young man with no response and just a grunt, And when I paid for all my items I asked if I could have a bag since I did get a good amount of things, he stared at me looked around and told me that he has to charge me for a bag. After I dropped all this money in their store, so I had to fumble with all my items without dropping them. Itās ridiculous to charge me for a bag. Iāve noticed since all the prices have gone well above five dollars that it is no longer a joy to shop at five below and I certainly will not...

I tried to call before leaving the house with no answer, then again while sitting in the parking lot after seeing three employees and no customers in the store at that time. It is clear that they are just not answering the phone. When you ask them a question and they are completely rude and not friendly at all, refusing to help and acting like they donāt even want us here. We went in before closing and a worker snapped saying āwe close in 5ā, no hello or anything and thatās all that was said. Employees were also on their cell phones not paying attention. Furthermore the staff has been rude on several different occasions, if it was just once I would not be worried or writing a review, but after 3+ incidents really? Absolutely unacceptable...
