So I recently went to my local Dunkin donuts shop to grab a delicious cappuccino blast, with two scoops of two different ice creams, that we usually order, every few times a week most the workers know our order based on the times we've ordered there, but today we we came in to get our Usual we asked a lady who was helping us if we could get two scoops, qnd she didn't say anything, we said the first scoop would be this flavor and when I was look for the second flavor only a second later she turned around, completely ignored me and started making the cappuccino blast with one scoop when I specifically asked for two, so I waited til she turned around so I could get her attention and ask for her to complete my second scoop with my order, she turned around and I ask "can I get my second scoop of this flavor in there still? I wasn't finished ordering" she completely cut me off and slammed the cappuccino blast on the counter and said " that's you order, I didn't here you say anything else." She has a strong attitude towards and I wasn't upset or trying to argue, I'm sure she was having an off day but I also wanted my order taken correctly. I told her that I wasn't mad or upset that I just wanted to finsh my order and she yelled at me and said "THATS YOUR ORDER" THERE NOTHING MORE I CAN DO" , I told her chill there's no reason to get attitude and make me feel uncomfortable like you're attacking me 😭 so feeling uneasy and unheard I felt a little attacked and she almost made cry how rude she was to me, I didn't even wanna buy the drink, but I...
Read moreSecond time visiting this store, terrible service, unhappy faces, loud rap music playing….the first time visiting this location employees were hiding what was left of the donuts behind counter to close early. Second time we were denied to use the restroom because they stated they lost the key, to both restrooms? One of them had a cleaning sign which I imagine they just didn’t want to clean the restrooms because they were all too busy gossiping on their headsets. Employee Dani had the worst service. Ordered the bacon snackers, they grabbed them straight out of a freezer. Bacon was freezing cold and undercooked and they denied to warm them up because they stayed the microwave wasn’t working too many unfavorable experiences at this location and it seems like they are not lgbtq friendly. I had my boyfriend in line (with no one in front or behind him) to buy a coffee for us as I asked to use the restroom after driving from San Diego. I noticed it said “Customers only”, which we were. She refused to open the door until we literally purchased our item, without knowing quite yet what I wanted. I told her I really have to go and he’s in line. She had an attitude from the start, but continued to worsen as I was standing there trying to figure out what I wanted — I just told my boyfriend “Whatever let’s just share I don’t know what I want yet”. She made the experience AWFUL and if I didn’t have to use the restroom then and there I would have just left. I understand “customers only” bathroom usage, but cmon!
