Probably the worst experience in McDonald's I have ever had. 1 in person order taker going, 2 of 6 kiosks going for orders. At pick up order board for #ers not displaying any #ers. After waiting 25 minutes we noticed the nuggets were Spicy. Since the staff was overwhelmed we just ordered regular nuggets. After 20 more minutes we decided a refund was the way to go. Then the 2nd order of nuggets was called. Then miraculously the original order was called. Against my better judgment my family wanted the food. It was not fresh. Obviously the bags were sitting around and overlooked. Fries were warm at best and soggy. The next problem was my girl was missing her cheeseburger and we didn't get any of the sauces that the kiosk ordering system charged us for. When I went to ask for the missing food and sauce I was told to bring up my receipt and bag of food so they could check...... I just showed them the receipt and explained that after the terrible experience I would not be bringing all the stuff back to the counter and to just give me my cheeseburger and sauce, and unfortunately I wasn't nice about it (I do apologize for that). The real problem in my opinion here is management. I have been in this restaurant several times over the years and never had an experience like this. They don't have time to do it correctly in a timely fashion but they have time to offend me by asking me to pull food out of my kids hands that they waited 40 minutes to get when the fact of the matter is whatever I'm telling you is not in the bag is not going to be there when you look either. Read moreSaturday, August 19, 2022, at 7:37 p.m. traveling from vegas after dealing with a medical emergency. My family stops for a meal. This McDonald's is the first restaurant we see after exiting the highway. There's two lines. We enter the inside line. The line is long but that is to be expected its McDonald's. When we get to the screen to order, crickets no one comes on to take our order. We look over at the other, Car after car orders are being taken so after 5 cars and one is helping us we proceed towards the window because the ordering system wasn't working. We get to the window and explained what happened we were told that they can't help us. The employees close the window on us. We honk the horn to get the young men attention. We ask for the manager and as they are closing the window. One employee said we were petty. The manager comes to the window. We explain what happened she replied she would take our order this time but next time we would have to get out of line. She takes our order, we pay, we proceed to the next window. We sit, sit and sit. After 15 minutes, my husband says to me I know what they do to people who complains and he says to me he's not eating the food that we are just going to donate the money. He pulls off and we drive up the street to Carl's Jr. It would be nice if the employees who were playing in the back at the first window and bitting their nails had more understand for travelers. The manager could ave more compassionate towards travelers who had a valid complaint about a system that wasn't working. Read moreI ordered my food online at 4:37 am and arrive here at this location at 4:53 am. 1st they never answered the speaker when pulling up I had to go to the last window and honk. 2nd. Then they finally come to the window I give them my online order number CK66 and they tell me my order will be ready in 12 mins. I then explained to them I ordered this order online dang near 20 mins ago and they need 12 additional mins for just 2 order of fries 2 apple pies and (sauces) which they didn’t even include in my order when it finally was finished. The manager gave me nothing but unprofessionalism and attitude and then told me to park in the waiting parking lot area which I did not. I was the only car in the drive thru at this time of incident. Please note that if asked to pull forward and wait in the parking area is suppose to be an option. There is nothing in company policy to the public that states that WE HAVE TO pull away from the window once purchase for order is complete and awaiting food/ beverages for the company to assist the next customer. There is nothing that states that. This is the worst customer service ever and I asked the manager what was she going to do to compensate there complete disaster of the time frame of my order and there customer service she ignored me and closed the window.
