Arby's — Restaurant in Bartlesville

Food was warm at best waited about 10-15 minutes in drive thru. I’m not a dr but what I will say is I believe this place may have game me food poisoning. I at here at about 9pm kinda late I know the next morning at about 7:30 I was woken my me vomiting and it went out for about 4 hours my stomach hurt all day. Towards 3pm I was fine just Had pain in my stomach from throwing up. I am pretty sure that was food poisoning. No one else around me have had the flue this was Wednesday night and Thursday morning. This is now the second time a Arby’s has gave me stomach flue or food poisoning. I was hoping with the great company that now owns Arby’s as a whole would fix things. Seems they are more focused on advertising and not really the process of how these places are ran. I do like that they do back ground checks on their employees that good. But I don’t appreciate the food poisoning. There is clearly a issue with bacteria getting on their food from a failed process. I told a coworker about this and he said omg I got food poisoning from Arby’s too the last time I ate there. It’s a shame love the food but can’t come back after this time. My body can’t fight back...

I ordered online and was told by the app that my order would be ready at 8:04pm. I walked in at 8:08pm. No one in the store acknowledged my entrance. The app said to look for some kind of food kiosk to pick up my order, and none was immediately visible so a little help would have been nice. I found my food and got it home. The food was cold. I mean stone cold. The potato cakes were cold to the touch, and tasted like they had sat there all night. The meat inside my gyro was also cold. I feel like Arby's has less room for error because they are so much more expensive than other fast food places, and tonight I could have gone literally anywhere else in town and got better food. I tried to send this as a complaint on their website, but I am still waiting for it to load so it goes on Google. I spent over $35 for two combo meals and an extra potato cake and beef and cheddar. My app said I had a coupon to get half off the beef and cheddar, but was unable to load it so I didn't get half off the sandwich. We get better service...

We eat at Arby's about at least 5 times a week.. and I've had nothing but good service always friendly considerate and to see a team of people working together like Ive seen there you just don't see that much anymore! !! and as a fast food they've been the fastest drive through I've seen in a long time,,,,LONG TIME. .I go through drive thru & go insided to order and was very impressive the store is always clean bathrooms are always clean when's the last time you saw that the fast food restaurant because working in fast food is a very demanding job they deal with all kinds of people throughout the day I'm sure they have their bad days just as anyone else does... but this is why I continue to come to this store it's the best I think they deserve a pat on the back working with the public at a fast food...
