Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Bartlesville

Actually, I ordered my pizza online. It was the first time in 15 years I ordered from Domino's. I stopped ordering because no matter how many times I requested that my pizza be cut into pie slices, they always cut it into squares. Some might say I'm nit picking, but who's stupid idea was the square pieces anyway. So I saw a Dominos commercial and everyone is happily picking up their traditional pie slices, stringing cheese as they ate their pizza. Well, I felt so sure the square cut pizzas were history. Hoorah! So my pizza arrived and bam! Square cut pizza......The pizza was quite good, the thin crust crunchy and delicious. The only fly in my ointment was the square cut pieces. I can ask for pie cut, but that never worked before. Not sure if I'll order from...

Placed an order through their app for delivery. Selected to have it left at my door. Tracker showed the driver at my house and when it said delivered, there was no pizza.

I called the store and the guy I talked to said he would send the driver back if he still had the order, or remake it if he delivered it to the house. 45 minutes later, I do not have my order and nobody answered the phone when I called to get updated. Literally see the dude's footprints in the snow and nothing was delivered.

I'm out $40 and this guy got a tip for doing absolutely nothing for me. Will never order here again and I encourage others...

We've always liked Domino's Pizza over most of their competition, however, our order last night was the worst! The last few times we've gotten Large Thin Crust Extravaganzas, we've either lost half the Pizza to the cardboard bottom or had to eat the cardboard bottom. All you have to do is sprinkle a little corn meal in the box and I don't believe the Pizza would stick!!! But last night, our chicken was burned, our Cheese Crust Pizza had no cheese in the Crust and the salads we got tasted old (tomatoes were mushy). Damn sure wasn't worth the money...
