I have been a regular at many of the Jimmy's Egg locations for over 20 years as the food is always consistent and is tasty. The homemade bread is wonderful. Bartlesville does not offer the fresh bread and I was informed none of their bread is made in house. This is the only location that I have ever visited that doesn't have fresh bread. This morning they were very busy. I became concerned as, when walked to my table, I noticed many of plates, left at empty tables, had large amounts of food left on them which I had never seen at any of these restaurants. After being served our meal, I see why the nearly full plates were abandoned. The food was horrible. The fried potatoes were raw in the middle. Nothing was brought to our table warm. In fact, everything was cold. I asked for hash cooked crispy. Not only was it not cooked well, it was awful. The corned beef was thrown on top of some potatoes. It was slimy and cold, very cold. We had to ask for silverware. We had to ask for butter. We had to ask for coffee refills. The gravy is from a mix, a poor quality mix at that. I cannot eat food preservatives as they make me very ill, so that was a waste. I asked for salsa 3 times before being told they were out of it. The service overall, was very poor. My suggestion, stay away from the Bartlesville location and save your Jimmy's Egg experience for trips to Tulsa or...
Read moreWe were two of three costumers. Waitress was a blond girl young. She got drink order and we asked for just a minute to look over the menu. 10 min later she comes back takes the order. Food took 20 minutes to come out tasting disgusting. We took a couple of bites thats all we could. Waited for waitress for another 20 min to tell her the food was disgusting. She went to speak with her open manager woman with redbrown hair long ponytail. Who said thats what we ordered. Yes we ordered food we thought was edible not trash. We were forced to pay for food we couldn’t eat. I have worked in restaurants (nice ones) customer service for 20+ years. Your customer service is horrible. Better off eating out...
Read moreWhile they surprisingly cooked over medium eggs correctly the first time, unlike most places in Bville, there were issues. My wife's waffle was barely cooked and basicly just shredded apart after she asked for it crispy. You could tell they don't wipe their griddle between orders as my scrambled eggs were clearly cooked in the same spot they had just done something with onions in it, I can't stand onions so this didn't work for me and I was unable to eat them. Our server was great and the restaurant itself was clean...
