I went to sonic with my husband on Saturday morning. I remember everything on the receipt to feed our family of four. We get home and I open my super sonic breakfast burrito. It was trash. It was ripped, and had a piece of meat on it the size of a tic tac. So I called to explain hey y’all gave me a really messed up burrito. Julie says okay we’ll fix that for you but I didn’t want to go right away I’d just gotten home. She says she’ll take a note, end of problem. Well she fails to mention I need a post card sent by them in the mail to get my fixed burrito. I go to sonic this morning to redeem said burrito, and speak with a woman named Christine. She tells me she cannot replace it because I don’t have the post card. Am I supposed to know I need the postcard? That’s the responsibility of their employees to handle that. It’s honestly not even about the burrito at this point. It’s 100% the principle. I wanted something yummy that I paid for, you didn’t provide that then refused the opportunity to fix it. So I went and got the ingredients to make my own. But I paid for you to make it and it was so embarrassing I was embarrassed to even call and tell you how bad it was. Thanks...

It seems service and quality has gone down steadily the last few years. We stopped by today on our way to the park and ended up leaving without food. Not only are several of the drive up screens consistently not working, but staff is unwilling to help when the app presents a problem. We ended up going through the drive thru window when we were unable to order at both the drive in spot and on the app. Ordering at the drive thru presented an issue as the individual was inexperienced and seemed to have issues hearing through the speaker. We finally pulled up to the window to speak with someone. Staff refused to honor an app only coupon even when presented with evidence that the app was not working. We then spoke to the general manager and was told this is standard practice. Very disappointing and I don't think we will be back to...
Read moreI usually do not post reviews but this sonic location has became so bad and the only reason I continue to use them is because they are the closest place in town for my drinks. When I get there it seems to take forever to get our orders even if it is just drinks I have waited over 20 minutes just for 3 fountain drinks.If you try to call your order in they either put you on hold ( yes I know they do not have a hold button on their phone so their way of doing this is saying please hold a minute they lay the phone down and then forget you are there) or better yet they just do not answer their phone at all. The car hops except for 1 is rude and slow. And of course I love how they bring my order out and they look like they just crawled out of bed threw on the clothes on the floor and reported to work.
