I went to this location today (7-27-23), and I have got to say it was a very awful experience. The first thing I noticed was that the store was in complete disarray. Trash everywhere. I mean, I'm not even exaggerating when I say you couldn't tell when one category of items ended and another began. Couldn't make out what section was which. Lots of broken items. Lots of used items. Worst of all is that when I finally managed to get to the register, there was a girl training another girl. I don't know who let this woman train, but she was horribly mean to the new young lady who sincerely looked like she was trying her best. She kept yelling at the girl and talked to her like she was stupid for not knowing what button to press. Rushed her. I would not mind waiting a little longer for her to gently and thoroughly explain things to this new girl. It made me uncomfortable. I felt really bad for the girl because there's no way she could be learning anything that way. đ I really needed the items I was purchasing. Otherwise, I would have walked away immediately. The owners seem to be in denial or delusional because I see replies to other reviews, saying that they will address things. Months ago... years ago... what has been done? Absolutely nothing. I don't remember it being this bad 6 years ago on my first visit. I will never step foot in this place again unless they actually fix...

My daughter according to one of their employees was throwing stuff at mid air. And what did the lady do⊠she confronted a six yr old. A fifty/sixty y/o employee confronted a child. She did not come to me as her parent, she screamed at my child in front of other customers. The staff at this Burlington is outrageous. They are very disrespectful, unhelpful, and are always with a bad attitude. Spoke to the manager ( Lailei) and she was agreeing with me all the way, like any any proper customer service rep will do (of course). This is unacceptable, this is the second time I see this happens with another customer and now it happens to me. UNACCEPTABLE!!! And to make matters worse, she was not wearing a mask while google details âmask mandatoryâ. Every employee was wearing a mask except that lady. The fact that she is endangering and screaming at my kids around the store makes it even worse. I will contact cooperate offices to escalate this issue. They don't acknowledge wrong pricing. Some of the items look pre-worn. They don't always have coats. Today their baby section had zero functional merchandise. They don't properly train security. The staff lack etiquette. You can expect their judgment though they are paid to serve consumers at their store, no one will offer help to you. I am not bothered by this, just don't expect it. The real gem is the item for the prices... you will love their home decor, gourmet soaps, men's jeans, brut, gift bags, brand wear socks, trimmers, under garments, and they are clean. There isn't trash or clothing sprawled every where. They always have enough baskets. Their parking lot is pitted and surrounded with hustling...
