McDonald's — Restaurant in Bartlett

The staff working tonight around 7:35p were absolutely awful. They made it very clear they could care less about working. The young lady speaks through the speaker (all you hear is laughing in the background), I pull around to the pay window and the young gentleman hands me my receipt (he was the only polite and excellent customer service employee) and there are girls yelling, laughing and what looked like almost running around. I go to pull up to the next window. I was told that once the car in front of me pulls away I need to pull up and wait. The entire time all you hear is yelling and laughing and just everything but working on the food. I waited for over ten minutes and no one had brought me my food. All the while car after car after car after car are getting their food and leaving. Eventually another car was told to pull forward but they couldn't because I was still sitting there. This apparently reminded the lady that I was waiting. So she tells the car to pull to a parking spot. And I still wait. The lady comes out to deliver cookies to the other car that was told to pull forward and on her way back inside looks at me and begins laughing and walks inside. I literally had to go park, walk in and get my food, which had been sitting at her window the entire time! If there was a manager working they definitely need more training and the staff definitely needs way more training. When cutting up and gossiping with you coworkers is more important than your work, you need...

I placed my order on the app , pulled up and was told to pull into a parking spot and wait .. after 9 mins a lady brought me some of my order and somone else order .. then she handed me the other order and told me “ go thru that and see if it’s yours “ so o pulled out all the food , fries fell out and it was not mine . She then asked me what I was missing so I told her , before I could finish speaking she walked off and gave the food I just had my hands all over to some other guy waiting .. that’s disgusting, who knows why was on my hands right ? And now it’s all over this guys fries and burger .. anyway .. I went inside to get my food and the girl finally brings me my food .. it’s the same food she just brought me … instead of giving me my MISSING FOOD she gave me the few items I ALREADY HAD !! Finally after explaining and show the now 3 teenage girls what I was missing I finally got my food along with a big attitude from the original server.. she walked off cussing and flinging her 3 foot long braids all over the fries and into the fry grease 😂 Food was typical fast food garbage I expected Service was typical fast food garbage 0/10 This is specifically the McDonald’s on summer next to the Bartlett...

Update on previous review: it's been a while since this McDonald's opened and they have greatly improved. They seem to reliably get orders correct, and the service is much quicker than most other locations.

I placed my order on the app for curbside pickup. Two teenage girls brought out my food, for some reason - minus the 2 drinks. I reminded them of the drinks and they retrieved them...without straws. So I circled around to get straws at the window from the other young teenager. Of course, i didn't check my bag while there, and got home to discover 2 burgers missing from my order. I guess that's MY fault for not scrutinizing more. I always have sympathy for under-staffed places, but i was literally the only customer there at 3:30pm, so not really any excuses. The place is obviously staffed with the cheapest teenage labor, and no experienced supervisor or management. Everyone was friendly, but the place is obviously poorly run. When I got home, I had to call the McDonalds 888 number and spend 10 minutes answering questions to POSSIBLY get my $4 refunded, as if that makes the...
