Worst experience ever. I went to get pizza and when I got there, there was a fat Latino sitting on the counter and distracting the worker that was making the pizza he was asking the worker is he saw the post there friends posted and at one point left the kitchen and stopped working to see the post the Latino was yelling about. The worker also was taking his time to cut the pizza orders he had. He was slow and not doing his job. There was other people waiting for their orders and it took them awhile to get. The worker was white with medium blond hair. When I asked how long it was gonna take to get pizza he just looked at me and waiting for a minute to tell me it was gonna take 30 minutes. I’ve been to a different Casey’s and when I asked the worker how long it was gonna take he said 15 minutes and was actually doing HIS JOB. Never going back to that one and will definitely go to the other...
Read moreLast straw w this place. I wanted to like it so bad! It's new, near my house, has decent snacks. But the pumps r literally hardly ever working or the pay at the pump option isn't working. A few weeks ago the pay at the pump option wasn't working so I went in to pay and I heard the attendant yelling at the customer, blaming them, saying it was their card. I spoke up and said it wasn't working for me either and the attendant shot me a dirty look and grumbled "i guess I have to make a call then!!!" As if it were our fault. Then today, I began pumping gas, asked my wife if she wanted anything inside and as I stepped in the gas station the worker screamed at me "sir!!!! You can't leave your pump unattended!!!!!" I tried telling her my wife was out there but she just kept screaming it over me. I'm done going here. I'll give my business to the Shell...
Read moreI made the serious mistake of going out of my way to try this new location. I was about to ring up probably $20 worth of food items with cash, and put the change toward my gas tank, I pulled out a hundred to hand the cashier, Amanda who greeted me with a scowl on her face. Ideally I would have handed the hundred to her and walk out the door, but before I could tell her I wanted to put the change from my transaction toward gas, she barked at me that “there’s no way I can break that; it’s a Sunday morning!” Then as I left bc I now had no way to pay, she tells me “don’t come back then”. Don’t worry, Amanda, people are making that decision without you having to tell them.
Spare yourself from being berated by a disgruntled gas station clerk and avoid this...
