Out of This World… Just Not in a Good Way
If you’ve ever wondered what it feels like to sip mediocrity through a soggy straw while floating in a galaxy of disappointment — welcome to Gravitea Boba.
The décor? Adorable. Neon stars, cosmic vibes, Instagrammable corners — it’s like a Pinterest board had a baby with a lava lamp. But looks can be deceiving. Behind the shiny space-theme lies a black hole where customer service, quality control, and — allegedly — vendor payments go to die.
My drink took forever, which I assumed meant it was being lovingly handcrafted by intergalactic artisans. Spoiler: It wasn’t. It tasted like if sadness had a flavor. The boba pearls? Think overcooked tapioca from a high school science lab. I asked for “half sugar” and was instead given what I can only describe as a liquid Skittle. Sweet enough to file a dental claim.
And the owner? A real star in his own orbit. Rumor has it he treats his vendors the way he treats sugar requests — ignores them completely. If you're looking for an ethical small business to support, maybe try… literally anywhere else.
In conclusion: come for the space theme, stay for the existential crisis. Or don’t. Honestly, don’t.
