MOKA Drive Thru Coffee — Restaurant in Batavia Township

This place is the new coffee stop and it doesn’t stop there! The young beautiful lady America made my first time at Moka, check off everything I’m looking for in my morning routine.

Here are the details:

I arrived at the outside window not drive thru. Drive thru was packed. I work next door and did not want to drive thru the drive thru since it’s next door. Upon arriving at the window I was greeted within the minute by America.

After looking at the menu. I decided on the bacon egg English muffin. I asked for coffee selection since it wasn’t on the menu. I tried Americas recommendation of the season coffee, cinnamon crumble coffee. I went with the large like any coffee spot. I waited at most another 3 minutes for my order. Total was $9.28.

I’m now heading back to work. Upon opening my sandwich box. I instantly knew it was going to be good. The preparation looked like grandma had made the sandwich from scratch. Upon first bite lead to another bite and another. If I wasn’t on a diet I’d go back for round two for my morning routine. As I’m eating the delicious crated sandwich I took a sip of my cinnamon crumble coffee. Instantly a warm and savory sensation. Took me about an hr to finish the cinnamon crumble coffee. It gave me the flavor I needed and the jolt I deserved.

well gosh do i love this place. it is so heartwarming to see an independent cafe such as this one succeed. the employees are always so friendly and helpful. whether i’m being indecisive or am simply curious about what syrups they have available, they also help me pick an order that i love. They’re scones are delicious and they have many flavor options. I swear their drink menu is never ending too— i always find a new drink to try with each visit. Whether it’s a matcha latte, fun lil blended drink, or a latte with whatever unique syrup they have, i’m always satisfied. Decent little coffee shop. Outdoor seating, no indoor. There is no microphone on the menu board, so someone comes out to take your order. Service was still quick with 3 people in front of me. Ordered large latte and breakfast burrito- $12.15. Burritos come from a place in aurora they said so not made fresh but was fresher then what you'll get at a corporate shop. Burrito was average to decent. Peppers would've been a nice add but since they're reheated probably not a great idea unless they're dehydrated. Or grind some into a powder. Chorizo was standard flavoring and that's where all the seasoning was....
