LaRosa's Pizza Amelia — Restaurant in Batavia Township

Okay. First off I orders the 3 meat ball spaghetti without sauce, sub garlic butter. I get it and my noodle are literally bathing in a inch of this butter. After seeing hat I lost my appetite completely. I have gotten this meal before no problem. What I got was the most disgusting thing. I called and talked to the manager and he was very polite and professional about it all, at the end of it we got a credit for the meal again that would never expire. Well today I used that credit. Only had to pay like 65 cents for delivery, not bad. Then I get it and they forgotten the damn meatballs. I mean Jesus man. It literally has the word “three meatballs” in the entree name so idk how they managed to forget the most simplest things. Well, if you want a lousy pizza this is the place!!! And, I say that after having two perfect LaRosa pizzas from Mt Washington for lunch for the flooring crew. So, a breakdown: Counter lady had no clue as to what specials were available even though LaRosa advertises on many media platforms! Maybe if she put the cell phone away and focus on customers she might know specials! Pizza, two medium specials: The one topping jalapeño, well it was searching for gold in a mine; maybe one piece on each slice Same for the pepperoni pizza; maybe three pieces per slice Now let’s not forget the surprise when you get home; pizzas were made so bad that both pizzas had almost two inches of exposed sauce and no toppings!!! And, when you pick up a slice out of the box the top fall right off onto your hand or plate!!! TOTALLY junk pizza and customer service!!! My suggestion, anyplace but...

Placed an order thru website. When I picked it up, and after I paid, I was told they messed one of the pizzas up. And I could take it the way it is or they’d remake it. At first I said remake it, but quickly changed my mind and said I just want a refund on the whole order.

Of course they needed a mgr for that. The mgr tried to only refund the pizza they messed up. I told him I want the whole order refunded. He refunded it, without an I’m sorry or anything from any of the people working behind the counter.

Also, as I was standing there an employee was standing there at the prep station eating in plain view of the customers. Gross and disgusting . I called customer service and requested that the store mgr call me. I will update this post after/if I hear or not hear ...
