This place is terrible. The main issue is the customer service. They are rude, unprofessional, and poor forth no effort to display positive customer interactions.
Specifically today was the worst, and that's saying a lot. I ordered a McCrispy meal combo, and up sized it to a large combo, paying the extra money ($12). The girl taking my order had me repeat the whole order 3 times before she got it put in the system.
I get to the window and they give me a sandwich and large fry, but just a medium sweet tea. I told the girl handing out the food it should be a large and she said "Well my screen says medium" and then shut the window and went back to what she was doing. I sat there a while and she finally opened the window again and said "Can I help you?". I showed her my receipt where it showed a paid for a large combo. She then pointed out that I did pay for a large combo but the girl left the tea as a medium under the large combo (not even sure how you mess that up) so I wasn't getting a large even though I paid for it. I couldn't believe she wouldn't just give me a large tea since the mistake was theirs and I paid for a large. She closed the window again and ignored me for a minute or two. Finally she opened the window and handed me a small tea with an angry look on her face. I said that's a small not a large. She said you can drink the medium and small and that is the same amount as a large and then closed the window again and never came back so I left.

I wonder sometimes why grown adults are stuck working fast food, and then a run across people like this woman and it all makes sense. She will work fast food the rest of her life because with her attitude and incompetence, society can't trust her with a more important job.
This woman is a terrible representative of your company and she either needs to be retrained or fired. If she did this to me she's doing it to a lot of your customers. I also filed a complaint with corporate and hopefully they will rectify the issue but I needed to let the public know about it as well since nothing's being handled in house, as can be seen from all of the other negative reviews that people are leaving about...
Read moreMy family and I came inside this establishment to eat breakfast that my father in law was paying for. We have legitimately been sitting for over 32 minutes just to receive our food. I have seen several cars drive by through the drive through being served, but I cannot receive service inside after the food has already been paid for? My father in law legit ran out of time and had to leave before we even received food. He paid for food he didn’t even get to eat! Not only that, but it is so freezing inside this building that my family is shivering while wearing jackets and winder clothing! Is the management cutting the heat off to cut on their power costs? That isn’t good for customers who come through your doors. I should not have to sit here watching cars in the drive through get served faster than my family who stopped to actually step inside the restaurant. We ordered at 9:50 am and did not even receive our cups for drinks until 10:28am that we are to pour ourselves. We finally received our food (in to go bags instead of on a tray when we specifically said we were eating in the store) at 10:30. I have never in my life had to wait this long just for cups or food at a McDonald’s. I’m normally not one to complain, because I’ve worked in the service industry for several years. But it has just been one thing after another. We finally receive the food and decide to leave with the bags and get back to discover that they didn’t even put the egg on my father in laws egg biscuit! There were plenty of crew members available to do work but instead they visited with a group of young men hanging around by the cash registers. These young men were not even customers. They were there just to hang out and loiter. My small group of four (including a senior citizen and two small children) placed a VERY basic, routine order. Every one of our orders was incorrect and missing items. When we asked for the orders to be corrected, it took over 30 minutes, accompanied by eye rolling from crew members. At that moment, only two customers were waiting at the register and one other family was in the dining room. Also witnessed a mother and small child wait over 20 minutes (with no other customers in line) for a simple hamburger Happy Meal. The manager was no help either. What is wrong with this restaurant?
