Horrid service. I ordered at drive-through. Orderes three five dollar biggie bags with the chicken sandwich for my three children as well as two combo meals for my wife and I. I realize this is a large order and understand that things may get missed or mis heard. None of the employees were friendly. They didn't want to speak. When I was handed one bag for such a large order I knew that something had been missed.the girl at the window then 0laced one sandwich in a a bag and said that's it. Knowing this couldn't be right I immediately parked and left my kids to wait while I went in to get the missing items. When I got in ipulled all the items from the big to show I was missing two small fries, two 4 pc nuggets' two small sprites and the double cheese burger from my wife's order. A one Robert Coleman preceded to call me a liar and on his words I wasn't going to play him Luke that because he'd bagged the order when I clearly watched another employee bag it. At this point I'm furious. I don't need to steal food from you.. further more it was missing a lot not just one thing. I'll admit I lost it on the way out for being called a liar and his other words were I'm not making anything else. All I asked was to receive what I paid for. He told me to leave his store to which I replied you don't own sh#!. I had to go spend other money at another location jj just to get my children's meals. This was by far the WORST experience I've ever encountered. Rest assured this location will never receive another dime from me but I just wanted to leave this out there so no one else has to be called a liar...
Read moreI recently went through the drive through and made an order for my co-workers and I. The cashier seemed rushed and would cut me off while making my order to ask me questions that I was already providing answers to. Close to the end of my order, she canceled the order on screen and told me to drive up to the window to complete my order. When I got to the window, she told me my total and proceeded to hand me cups. I had 3 drinks and 3 frosties and she was not about to offer me a cup carrier so I requested one. She then quickly took my cup and put the 3 drinks in the cup carrier and rushed it through the window. (first problem) the cup carriers apparently do NOT hold med. size cups. AT ALL.. so when I took the cup holder, 2 of the 3 cups fell, one landed in the seat and stated leaking and the other landed on the floor board of the car and the lid popped off and drink went everywhere. Then they tell me that I only ordered 1 frosty. So, I drove around and went inside. I was greeted with an attitude and asked " Whats Wrong" in an aggravated tone. I ordered the last 2 frosties and told the cashier what happened and what my complaint was. Still, no apologies from ANY of the associates. This is not the first time we have had issues with the quality of the customer service but it is the first time of any issues...
Read moreThis Wendy’s has gone downhill in the recent months and it is totally UNACCEPTABLE! I went in last week for a chili and I had mobile ordered it. Long story short I was in the drive thru and the car in front of me was at the speaker but all of a sudden they left then I got up to the speaker and no one was answering me at all I was there for 2 minutes with no response. So I then decided to park and go inside then once again everyone that was working was in the back 🤦♂️ they finally came and answered me and asked what I got and I told them so they finally gave me my chili. Then today I mobile ordered a baked potato and I got up to the speaker they asked my order I told them that I had a mobile order then when I got up to the window they told me to pull forward and wait. I was waiting for 10 MINUTES and the person behind me got there food before me. Also I had asked for no chili and not surprising they gave me chili. Overall the service sucks and I probably won’t be back until they get better people...
