Stop by to grab some dinner, lady at the drive thru swiped my card, then told me to proceed and said I would get my receipt at next window. The gentlemen at the door handed me my drink and said the rest of your order come out shortly, and pointed into the pick up order 1 spot for me to pull up and wait at . The manager comes out 21mins later and ask me what my order was, I explained to manager my order. He said ok and he left. Gentlemen comes back out to me and said your order was never paid for. I said that’s weird I was waved thru and handed a drink and was told to wait for my order? He left again and came back and said my card decline? I said impossible and why would the girl wave me through if my card declined? He got very agressive and rude and said he doesn’t know but regardless he is letting me know now. Not sure if this is a corporate or a franchisee owned facility but I would definitely be disappointed and embarrassed in the customer service that is being trained here but it’s sad. I live close to this specific McDonalds and the last 5 times that I have come, it has been around 10-10:30PM when I get off work. EVERY SINGLE occasion there was a line in the drive thru wrapped around the establishment waiting to place their orders(doors to inside locked-i tried) FOR OVER 35 MINUTES without a response from the drive thru. I usually just leave, but tonight I stopped and knocked on the drive thru window to see what the issue was because it’s very irritating. The workers are all sitting around on their cell phones, not even concerned with the MANY customers in line. The lady who finally came to the window when I was knocking told me they were closed and I said was that they should alert the 20 people waiting in line behind me. Last I checked McDonalds does not close before 11pm. Worst service and workers I have ever encountered and I usually have very pleasant experiences at other McDonals and fast food establishments. what else can be said about this once we run more DEFUNCT business. Valuzzos have opted to focus on profit and squeezing the customer for every penny while allowing things like the Ice Cream and Coffee Machines are down at 7pm when you close at 10! Sat in line for 10 min fire a cheeseburger n fry.. only to have the young lady come to the window and ask what i ordered leave come back and ask for my receipt.. Literally a McDouble n small fry. Same type experience at every one in town No one knows how to use these awesome espresso machines they have so i unfortunately avoid the place unless desperate.
