I didn't hate the experience but it was far from decent. The line was moving slow but I needed to get my daughter some breakfast before I dropped her off at school.
I went thru the first drive-thru lane and ordered, a plain biscuit, a hash brown, with a small OJ (for my daughter) & for me, a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit combo with a 16 oz OJ; 1 strawberry, 1 grape jelly, and 1 pack of ketchup.
I get to the payment window, and the cashier says "you ordered 2 small OJ's?" I said "no." Taking softly to herself but out loud and said, I thought she (thinking in reference to somebody else) said 2 small OJ's. She called outloud for a void. As the manager, Brandon, was walking up, I said I ordered a biscuit, hash brown, with a small OJ and a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit combo with a 16 oz OJ. The girl getting frustrated says, "when you pulled up I asked if you ordered 2 small OJ's and you said no but now you're saying you did." Maybe she's thinking she asked for a void when it wasn't needed but yet you still didn't repeat my entire to order correctly.
I said I ordered a small OJ and a 16oz OJ. She stated arguing with me. I immediately stopped and said "hold up, hold up!" and clapped with it. She started running off at the mouth saying, I can't stand it when customers are wrong then they want to come up here with an attitude. Brandon pulled the girl from out of the window, told her to stop, then tended to me. However, as I'm explaining everything that happened, the cashier is still hollering in the back. Brandon turned around again to calm her down.
I turned to Brandon, saying really? I'm the customer and she's getting an attitude with me?! I said everybody needs a job but if you're going to come to work with that attitude, you need to stay at home. I told Brandon, if the girl listened to me the first time I placed my ordered, they're wouldn't be any discrepancies in what I asked. I don't know if the 16oz is the small, because I've seen 4 different sizes, but that's why I said it that way. If she knew the 16oz s small, she should've just informed me.
I asked for her name because I was going to report her, and Brandon said "my name is... and you can report me". I went to the second window to pick up my food and the female manager there called out my order and told her that wasn't everything. She closed the door and did something. She came back to the window and got it right. I told her about my experience at the first window. She said I know, I'm the one who had to go get her from the back. The manager said she going to take care of it but she had so many customers. I said okay and left.
The bad attitude I received from the female cashier is ridiculous. I'm old enough to be her mother and the disrespect I received is not acceptable in any shape, form, or fashion. So much couldn't been done to correct that situation before it escalated. At any point the cashier couldn't informed me that the 16oz cup was the small. She could've apologized for not listening or messing up the order the first time. The smallest things can go long way. But the fact she want to get the worse attitude with me because she wasn't listening and she didn't provide me all the information is not my fault. I deserve and apology from her although I know I'm not getting one. I probably won't be returning to...
Read moreTwo cash registers, a dozen windshields, ten employees, two kiosks inside (one closed for social distancing đ). We walk to the register with our two children & a man yells from back in the back somewhere & tells us to use the kiosk to order. I politely explained that I would rather have a cashier for particular reasons. The man yells back at me & says, "No, Kiosk only. Let me know if you need help." (Obviously I need help. That's why I asked for a cashier). Me: "I need help"! đ So a lady comes from behind her big windshield without a mask & stands next to me to work the kiosk! đ Now, please tell me...what is the purpose in the big stupid windshield & telling us to use a freakin kiosk if they are already fixing our food & still hand us our food & still stand next to us to order our food for us (without a mask lol) when all they really had to do in the first place was just take my order at a cash register? I'm sorry, but if YOU GET PAID TO WORK & I AM NOT, then I'm going to expect you to give me my food at half price. đ I will not be returning to any McDonald's that does this. Not only that, they were running outside to deliver food to people in the drive thru without a mask. The mask is really no protection to any, but IF IT TRULY WAS, why do they PROTECT THEMSELVES, but not the customers? In my opinion, ANYONE DEALING WITH FOOD IN THEIR JOB ESPECIALLY WAITERS, WAITRESSES & CASHIER'S IN FASTFOOD RESTAURANTS NEED TO BE WEARING MASKS. NOT THE CUSTOMERS. McDonald's, you have been killing people for years with your food that isn't really edible in the first place. So why are you the first to scream SOCIAL DISTANCING???? I gave this store two stars because one lady that works there was very nice about it & apologized for the man's behavior & gave me a free fry. But other than that,...
Read moreSome of the most rudest people work at this location. I have always just thought that the person that took my order was just having a bad morning but after this morning and another girl taking orders I come to realize thatâs itâs not just one. They canât touch the right picture on their computer and then when I told her the order was not right on the screen the girl said she changed it. When I get to the window to pay she just muttered some racist things and would not look at me whiles she did it. Yes she changed it at the window I got the wrong order or someone elseâs order. When I walk in to get the right order the Black manager that was at the counter looked at me and walked right pass and told the other manager I guess to deal with me. After being treated like I was the one that did something wrong I just left the bag and my money there. They will never get another dime from me. You know I would understand being treated this way if I was being an ass or if I went in with an attitude but I never even...
