The reason I'm giving my review 4 out of 5 stars is the shrimp etouffee drowned the white rice which was swimming in the sauce. It would've been better if separated in the container or placed in separate container. Other than that, the dish was well-seasoned as was the side of green beans.

The grilled fish gave off a nostalgic taste that translated to how good fish was cooked back in the day. The only disappointment was the cornbread. It was very dry, stale and tasted bland. I ask for another and although it was much softer, it didn't taste like the cornbread I'm used to. It had an off taste that reminded me of sour cream. This would be my second time having Odom’s catered for an event. The photos attached were from a Thanksgiving event we hosted in one of the halls. Food was FANTASTIC! Well seasoned, perfect temperature, stayed hot all the way home— we had people comin’ for seconds, thirds, and fourths! My husband and I LOVED our take out meal from Odom’s Kitchen. The pick up process was very easy - Chef Brandon brought the food to me and showed me the steak, lamb chops, potatoes, asparagus, fish, and cheesecake before I left.
