Starbucks — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

So I’ve gone to this Starbucks religiously for years and always had great service. Today was so not the case and I’m super shaken up about it and sad since this has been the Starbucks I am a regular to. I camw through the drive through on Sunday November 14 at about 3:05 pm and the lady on the speaker box was so incredibly rude I felt like crying after. I asked if she had any impossibly breakfast sandwiches left which she said extremely harshly and rude “Ma’am this is a Starbucks not a burger place and we don’t have breakfast sandwiches” I was super confused and thrown off at her tone and as someone who is a former Starbucks barista I know that the work environment can be stressful but this seemed more than that. Post this while trying to decide what else I wanted I asked if there was any other sandwiches available and she quickly and also very mean said “NO we have nothing else you can have” so I decided to just leave empty handed no drink or anything. Idk I felt really weird and sad and can’t see why someone who is that horribly rude to a regular customer just trying to order a food item is allowed to stay employed by the company. Don’t expect your coffee to be made right at this location. They never stir up the syrups and sauces and just left it at the bottom for you to do by yourself. I always customize my coffee with extra ice and even had to ask the worker if she added any ice (the coffee was somewhat cold as it was just taken out of the fridge but not cold enough). She replied yes even though there were no signs of any ice cubes and I was standing there watching her made it. It was too late for me to say anything once she had already put whip cream on top and handed me my drink. This is not the first time it happened but other locations were too far out of way. The manager at starbucks is very rude. She does not off to ring out other items you have eventhough they can check you out there. She has a dry personally ( not happy and cheerfully like other starbucks workers). I often go there but when i see her i dont stop. Today i did stop and she was rudhing me, didn't bag my items, handed me the bag causing me to spill my food. She needs retraining because she's causing the company to lose money, no one wants to deal with an attitude from someone thay is supposed to be providing...
