I ordered on the app, said that it would be ready at 12:55 walked through the door at 12:57 was told I needed to wait until the walk in customer with 6 sandwiches was finished... She completed his order, cashed him out and then handed me my sandwich and drink cup all without removing out changing gloves. She seemed to be the only one there and doesn't seem to remember basic food safety. The sign on the door says online and pick up only, why was she helping a walk in customer, I had to wait in the tiny restaurant with 2 other guests for 8 minutes while she assisted them. Read moreWhen we walked in there were no other customers. We were told they had to cut tomatoes if we wanted them on our sandwich. I said I would wait, thinking a few minutes to slice up a tomato, right? Nope, the guy behind the counter said to give him FIFTEEN to TWENTY MINUTES! There were two workers and we were the only customers. I was flabbergasted and appalled at this so-called customer service. Obviously, we had our sandwiches without tomatoes since who would wait for a person to slice tomatoes for twenty minutes, let alone with two small, hungry children....

I had just left the gym to get something for lunch when their Employee Rhonda(who's name is on her necklace btw) was incredibly rude and was somehow mad I came in when it's 11am and they open at 8am. I didn't want to start any problems because everyone can have their bad days but I was never rude to her or said anything out of line. Do not recommend this location to anybody especially if she woke up on the wrong...
