After experiencing serious issues with my Nissan Titan, I’m pleased to report that the dealership owner stepped in and handled my concerns professionally. They covered my deductible and replaced the rims, fully resolving the financial impact. I’m satisfied with their response and appreciate their efforts to make things right. It turns out the truck had wheel spacers installed by the previous owner, which likely contributed to the wheel detachment—a modification I’d strongly advise against due to potential safety risks. As with any used car dealership, I recommend getting a full warranty and having an independent mechanic inspect any vehicle before purchase to ensure you’re fully aware of its condition. I purchased a Nissan Titan from WeAuto and experienced serious issues within the first two weeks. Screeching noises, radiator hose failure, and eventually, (not even a whole month later) the front wheel detached while driving due to completely stripped lug nuts. These problems posed major safety risks.

When I brought it back, the service team was dismissive and even implied I may have caused the damage. Repairs were incomplete. For example, a mechanic admitted only one tire had been replaced, when you’re supposed to replace two.

I strongly recommend getting a full warranty and having any used vehicle from this dealership inspected by an independent mechanic before purchase. Based on my experience, their inspections may not be reliable. I’m currently exploring further options to address...

My husband and I, went to We Auto on Airline Highway in Baton Rouge La. And we didn't get a chance to make it into that Beautiful Building until our Agent Cassie Lynn came out to greet us. She's such a beautiful young lady inside and out. Her and I immediately clicked,She was Very eager to help us and she did an amazing job of doing so. She's very Knowelable and Patient,with us old folks😆. She wasn't going to let us leave without our vehicle. Really and seriously tho Everyone in that Beautiful Building treats you just like you are a relative or a close friend. Cassie knew that I didn't know a whole lot about purchasing a vehicle, since this was my first time ever purchasing a car for myself. But Cassie took her time, she explained everything to me ,so I could understand it.After a minute. her and I were laughing and just talking about things in general, I was more relaxed. She really went over and beyond ,to help us out and im here to tell anyone,whose looking to purchase a vehicle to PLEASE PLEASE GO TO WE AUTO ON AIRLINE HIGHWAY IN BATON ROUGE LA. .We we're able to get the vehicle we wanted they have some beautiful vehicles to choose from also at reasonable prices especially these days with everything going up in prices. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST! They will tell you lies and nickel and dime you to death so that you can buy a car, especially from Big Al. I wouldn’t believe their positive comments because I bet you they delete their negative comments that make sense. They told me when I was looking at the car, it was inspected, and all the tires were new. After a few weeks, I purchased it; the car started to fall apart. When I visited their mechanic, they told me that the vehicle was NEVER INSPECTED OR TIRES CHANGED. On top of that, they wanted to charge me extra for my second key that already comes with the car! Not an additional key, the pair of keys that comes with any car! If you want a good quality car, go somewhere else, or you will be stuck with a lousy car like me.

AGAIN AVOID THIS SHADY BUSINESS! The reply comment is not true. The record of the multi inspection is what I paid for on 9/19, the records their mechanic have, is the car was a rush job and could not be inspected. In fact, the car was not even ordered for detailing or fueling! They have some clear communication problems with their own workshops.
