Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Baton Rouge

Today when I went to pick up my order it was very hot in the store. The employees had to work in the store and the AC unit wasn't working. How do you all expect the employees to work in such conditions. My order was not ready for the pick up time I had to wait like 30 to 40 more minutes also once I got my order it was wrong. There's know way that your employees can work in a very hot place without any air circulating, think properly, and also get orders out on time with at least good customer service. No one should have to work in such conditions I'm pretty sure the company is making more than enough money to at least make sure the employees have some type of air circulation in a already hot environment because of the constant use of ovens. The employees are already working in a miserable environment and then the customers walk in to a hot facility they become hot and frustrated because there orders isn't ready. Little Caesar you should be ashamed. Why couldn't the store be closed until the AC was fixed. That really shows how much you care about your employees...

I've had very mixed reviews of this place. The only reason I'm not giving it 1 start is because my experience is usually ok, but this is the 2nd time I've had this problem with this little caesars. I don't know what they're doing behind there in the kitchen, but this is the 2nd time I've had undercooked pizza from this location in particular. I'm not one to complain about getting bad food, but I'm now assuming it's due to laziness and despite the times I've had this problem being years apart, there's no excuse for a cold, floppy, undercooked mess that I have to throw in the oven just to cook a bit more. I could even be petty and say they didn't even put enough toppings on there from what we ordered, but I digress. Someone needs to tell these guys we don't pay for the pictures I provided above. My husband and I was so tired just gotten off of work Iand we both did not want to get out of our car but since my husband works more hours on his feet then I did I decided too...But the employees where amazing the manager was so sweet(this young white guy)and when we order our double stuff and I guess he noticed how tired we where he came out and gave us our pizza...I love this place!! 9634 Hammond airplaza in Baton Rouge has the best employees and the best night manager!!! They are amazing and I would tell anyone to go their..A little kindness goes along way...Thank you your customer in a blue shirt and black pants!!!...
