I’m rating this pizza joint as a one star only because there was no option to press no star. I called to order a pizza but because I was hung up on twice I decided to go to the store and order a pizza. Upon my arrival around 1:20 pm , I saw one guys standing outside the door repeatedly knocking. I asked my daughter to go in and order a pizza. Watching from the car, I saw my daughter try to open the door but it was locked and she too preceded to knock. After not getting any acknowledgments from the employees visibly inside, she returned to the car. I then tried to enter the store by knocking on the door all three employees looked at me through the glass and proceeded to carry on with business. In disbelief, I decided to start video taping. A guy pulled into the parking lot, and approached the door. I immediately told him they were not answering the door. He then knocked and to my surprise, they immediately opened the door. I followed in behind him and immediately asked why the door was opened for him and not me. I asked to see the manager who I then realized was one of the employees who saw me at the door and did not open it. She proceeded to give ten thousand excuses as to why they didn’t open the door and asked me in a rude manner if I wanted to order. Of course I said no. Read moreOut of town guests, staying at hotel, placed order & it said 75min, called store, had some trouble getting through the line because it was busy. I reached Paul, explained to him the issue, he checked on the order it was en route. However it was being delivered by door dash due to a shortage of drivers. Paul said wait another 10min, if there wasn't a delivery made, then to call back and he would correct the issue. 5min later HE called back, only to say he was notified that it was delivered. He repeatedly apologized and offered to remake my order and have one of HIS drivers reattempt delivery or a full refund. I opted for the refund. So how desperate does, one have to be, to steal food, while working for door dash (a food delivery service)????!!!! I hope it was worth it and I hope you lose your job (whatever source of income it is to you). Please report the driver Paul. His customer service is why He's getting 5 stars. He didn't have to call back, apologize, nor offer a refund, since it was marked as delivered. After long day of travel, we just wanted to stay in this evening, well..... out we go now, to fill our bellies : / Baton rouge......smh.....I hope the remainder of our stay will be the opposite of tonight. there were negative reviews and I was skeptical, but it was the closest location. I asked for light Alfredo sauce on my very expensive pizza and they drenched it so much that the toppings slid off. And you know that's never a happy time. I got a free Doritos papadia and at the risk of sounding ungrateful... this thing looks hideous... and tastes like a mouthful of ranch dressing and barely cooked white onions. At least I didn't pay for it cuz that was atrocious. But the most sad moment of the night came when I opened the final box. The highly anticipated dessert. I ordered the Oreo stuffed bites and got completely ripped off. They're so tiny!! Definitely not worth the money at all. So disappointed. That one dish could have changed my mind about posting such low stars but they failed me and left me devastated. The only reason I gave two stars instead of just one was because the other Papadia I ordered was good. It was a basic meatball and pepperoni event. Hard to mess that up. I will be giving them another chance since they agreed to remake my order of the Oreo bites and also a replacement Papadia of my choice. Cuz yeah... I invoked the inner Karen. Am I embarrassed?
