Went here Saturday to look for a graduation dress for my daughter. Not a mask in sight! Was treated very rudely by the staff - a bunch of mean girls. Had to ask twice for them to call the other store on a size. Apparently, I did not fit their customer profile. I work in retail. I do not recommend Hemline. I was sold a dress with a faulty/broken zipper. When I called to see what the potential remedies were, I was disappointed to hear they were unwilling to even offer an exchange or repair. It’s also extremely difficult to have anyone assist you, with multiple messages disregarded and no return calls despite being told I’d hear back.
