I come here frequently but I had a bad experience w/ the man who works the counter at nighttime. He spoke to me very rudely to tell me they were closing soon, knowing that I come often, had been in the shop 10 min prior and returned to quickly purchase what I had already looked at. He spoke to me as if i were a child -- as he seemed very angry and entitled. Was overall very unnecessary and disrespectful. Had he informed me in a respectful or even neutral manner, I would have left politely or made my purchase right then and there but I don't spend money with people who disrespect me. I wouldn't say to not shop here, because their selection is decent for what is available in Baton Rouge but is bad business to treat regulars in this way. Am willing to reconsider giving my business to this shop if I receive an apology and some sort of incentive. Until then, I'll shop online or go to Hearts or...

came in here tonight at about 9:20pm, the guy at the front counter must have wanted the night off because he was extremely rude and non helpful . i asked him what his most popular supplements were because i was unfamiliar with any of them at all and he kept repeating “it depends on if you like pills, honey or liquid” to which i kept replying i don’t know anything about any of them therefore can you just show me your most popular in ANY. he had the same response twice in a row after that which resulted in me leaving and going down the street to hearts. the ladies in there were soooo helpful and friendly and definitively made me feel really comfortable . don’t spend your money at hustlers go where the people are informative and know about...

The Baton Rouge location is not anywhere close to as big or has as good of a selection as the one in New Orleans. They are a bit pricy for what they have also. I'd go somewhere else for toys and accessories. The only reason I bought anything is because it was on sale. My friend ended up returning what she got because it wasn't quite what she expected and she was given store credit - so she bought a bunch of random stuff and was disappointed she spent the money to begin with.
