Have always loved this place. Summer has been hectic for us and keeping us out of town. We finally went tonight for the first time this year. We were shocked and disappointed by the texture of the snowballs. The ice was chunky and crunchy. Not at all the way a Louisiana snowball is supposed to be. I grew up in New Orleans and know the difference between how they’re supposed to be (and how they were in past years here) and how they were tonight. I might as well have been in Texas buying them.
