This summers crew is nothing like last summer , the customer service and quality has diminished and I've tried at least 3 times a week to get a different result. Not happy at all, was my favorite place to bring my grandbaby but now it's just not the same service or quality That's a 3.75 with condensed cream had to pay 50 for the cup. The snowball is still ice no flavor at the bottom.........😠😠😠

Have always loved this place. Summer has been hectic for us and keeping us out of town. We finally went tonight for the first time this year. We were shocked and disappointed by the texture of the snowballs. The ice was chunky and crunchy. Not at all the way a Louisiana snowball is supposed to be. I grew up in New Orleans and know the difference between how they’re supposed to be (and how they were in past years here) and how they were tonight. I might as well have been in Texas buying them. Maybe they got a new machine. Maybe the staff is not trained on how the machine should be set. I don’t know what caused the issue. I just know we did not enjoy crunching on the ice. My husband did not even finish his. We probably will try again in a week or so. If they’re the same as tonight we will not be returning and after several years of going here will be looking for another place to get our...

This was my third time here and each time I was disappointed, long wait and barely give you any syrup in your snowball. Stood in the line 25 minutes before even placing my order. I received my snowball with little to no syrup, asked for more and it was still dry. Wont be returning. I recommend going to Sno-Biz at the Mall of Louisiana or SnoMan Snoballs on Burbank.

A snowball stand is supposed to be in and out. Comparing it to a restaurant is insane. Even at restaurants I still don't wait that long to be seated nor get my food. Isn't a valid excuse and that apology was not sincere. Very...

This stand is consistently trying to serve dry snowballs and convince you that it’s your fault for not getting extra juice for your already overpriced snowball. Zero stars if I could!!!

Update- to the rude person handling the reviews I did contact a manager my FIRST bad experience here and not only was I told that I would receive a gift card that I never got, they continue to train the employees to shortchange the customers. Instead of paying ppl to leave good reviews maybe you should just provide decent...
