Wow, done with KFC (Columbia Ave in Battle Creek, MI in particular). Staff is clearly out of control. Immediately after taking my cash and handing me a receipt with change, I was asked to pull into a spot and wait. I asked if the food was being cooked fresh, woman replied no - nothing's fresh. I asked to be refunded still holding my receipt and change ($7, rounded up for charity)... Sorry sir, we can't do refunds š¤£.. Wow. Sat put at the window and waited for my food. Staff was super under qualified to work fast food, there enjoying making people wait for old chicken & sides. Seriously filling the parking lot with waiting customers while admitting there not waiting on any cooking. Five workers in plain sight standing around, not appearing to be doing anything. Throw eight pieces of chicken in the bucket, put the bucket in the plastic bag. The chicken in the warmer isn't getting any fresher. Wow. The food is done, there just making customers wait.. Food didn't look great when handed over (not surprised cashier said nothing's fresh), ended up tossing it out at another restaurant down the street. I wouldn't trust anyone I saw there to not mess with somebody's food. I wasted $33 dollars on a 8 piece bucket, but the memory will keep me from spending another cent at this (or any) KFC restaurant forever. But it's fried chicken, hope your experience is way better...

Normally I can get a decent replacement for something they cant provide (ex: chicken sandwich in place of chicken littles) but my last visit was awful. I had ordered at their self serve kiosk (as one does when theyāre trying to get in and out as quick as possible) I ordered a pretty basic meal, chicken sandwich, mashed potatoes, and a cream dr. Pepper. I paid and waited, like a min later a lady walks out and tells me they are out of chicken sandwiches??? Turns out i had missed their incredibly non-noticeable sign of the LIST of items they were out of (Im talking at this point close down the store out of items). They have no good alternatives so I ask for a refund since I am not getting anything at this rate and they have the audacity to say they have a āno refund policyā. May I remind you dear review reader, I have not received any of my order, and therefore think its pretty fair to ask for a refund. I was basically told to call corporate if I wanted a refund and to essentially suck it up. They couldn't even provide me with the rest of my simple order either, the only thing i left with is a sad olā container of mashed potatoes and a Pepsi zero (again not what I ordered). Ā Ā Ā Read moreIf I could I would give them a minus 10. Worst experience that I have ever had at a KFC. I ordered a #1 (leg and thigh combo) and a #2 ( wing and Breast combo). The person did not ask what type (crispy or original) that we wanted. After waiting in line for almost 20 minutes and arriving at the window, I asked to make sure of the type, extra crispy, and was told that this restaurant did not have crispy, original only. I asked why and rhe lady told me because of their vendors and that they are short staff. I had handed her my credit card while we were asking the questions and when I told her that I wanted to cancel the order she told that she couldn't because she had already ran the card. She said she was sorry that we were unhappy with our service. To make matters worst, when we got home and opened the order, I found that we did receive a #1 and the #2 order had a wing and a thigh. I paid more for the white meat but did not receive the correct items. Also the thigh in the #2 box had a broken bone that was shattered and had small bone fragments embedded in the meat. I picked up the wing and it was broken as well with bone fragments. I will not visiting this location in the future and that...
