Savvy Sliders — Restaurant in Battle Creek

Honestly so disappointed. I got here when nobody else was there ordering food, ordered the two meals, waited over 30 minutes for my food and three people before me got served. My food wasn’t even correct, fries are absolutely disappointing and the manager and neighbor were talking about their garbage situation and it being thrown all by a back door, honestly not a conversation to have with a young kid let alone during business hours. Asked for Cajun fries and it’s just a few fries with a random amount of seasoning and they are cold. $30 for two people, this place reminds me of Luckys Chicken, recommend finding something else to eat. Staff seem SO uneducated, robot like and just not sure what they are doing here at all. Tell people how long they can expect their food! Don’t tell people “it’ll be ready shortly” when the person who came in after me called their order to the wrong place, that doesn’t mean their order take precedent. The girl couldn’t find my order and claimed it had just got done, yet both boxes were cold. Went for the first time with my husband and the food blew us away! We felt bad for the workers cause it was so hot inside the store and they had the door open trying to cool it off. Staff was great and super helpful, even helped point out a better deal to help us save money! Food came out fresh and quick, we took it to our car to enjoy and WOW! The Ribeye Steakhouse slider was our favorite of all with how it just melted in your mouth but the Original slider was amazing as well! My husband asked for no onions on his & even though they did mess up and still put onions on it, he said it made the burger better! The chicken sliders are amazing and flavorful as well! Fries we nice and crispy and the Cookies & Cream custard shake was delicious! Will be coming back when we get another chance to try...

Nope ! Nope and Nope! The restaurant is hot as hell. The cashier did not know what she was doing. She had to start over a number of times, other employees seen she was struggling and instead of helping her a different lady started taking orders, meanwhile she was still struggling to get it together. Our food was absolutely disgusting! The onion rings were all fried in a ball together. The batter on the chicken was falling off. The sliders were cold. We got none of the sauce we asked for.
