This was the worst experience I ever had. We were staying at the casino for the weekend. We decided to break away from the crowds at the casino and have some food and watch the fight. Well we went to watch the fight on a Saturday night, put our name in for about a 25 to 30 minute wait. We didn't get sat for over an hour and a half, ok fine we were not complaining about that at all. Until we sat down and our waitress couldn't even answer basic questions about the count of wings on some meals, well ok and she didn't even offer to go check with the kitchen or the menu just said I don't really know that. Making us order something else than. So we ordered traditional wings, a 15 count with 3 different flavors and I got the Boneless combo which she couldn't say how many came with that so I just picked 2 flavors and not even knowing how many wings I just even ordered! The resturant had slowed down now and our food wasn't coming out. When the food finally came out, it was like eating leftovers, ice cold wings and the sauces looking hard like paste from sitting for so long! The 15 count of wings came out to like 11 wings and they were all the same flavors, not the 3 I ordered, 1 flavor! The manager was no help and just blamed the kitchen, and didn't offer us anything for wasting 3 hours of our time and leaving at 9:45pm without dinner for that night now. Unacceptable!! This was absolutely the worst experience I had while taking a getaway without my children and choosing to go to Buffalo wild wings to watch a fight and eat my dinner. How awful! The waitress made sure I didn't leave with my receipt so I could not contact corporate about this situation either. Read moreOne of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had! I was driving through town and decided to eat on my way back home with my mother and we choose here.. I ordered a black bean burger and my mom ordered some other basic burger. We sat for an hour being told just about every ten minutes “ your food should be right up” . Then we had another employee walk over to our table and ask “ what did you guys order our printer stoped and wanted to make sure we had your ticket” this was after over an hour of waiting. Then our waitress returned to tell us our food should be right up and we were told “ it should be about 2 minutes “ after asking if she knew how much longer. Then several minutes later we were told “ any minute your food is in the window now” so after waiting probably another 5-8 minutes a third person came to my table to tell me when the kitchen went to get a black bean burger from the fridge it was “mush” and they couldn’t find anymore in the freezer and this women offered me a chicken sandwich….. first of all, why would it take you over an hour to figure out that you did not have any black bean burgers in stock? Second, I was told many, many times that my food was just a few minutes away when clearly they hadn’t even started making it! Read moreUPDATE: Glad I gave them another chance after disappointing 1st visit. I upgraded my review by 4 stars because their internet felt exponentially upgraded from my previous visit. I had no problems whatsoever with the internet speed or connectivity. the wait staff was very accommodating with me setting up my laptop in a booth so I could work while I ate lunch. Lastly, all their TVs were working perfectly and tuned to a wide array of sports broadcasts.
I'll definitely be returning. I made the mistake of picking Buffalo Wild Wings to have dinner and draft my fantasy football team. In hindsight, this was a mistake! Their WI-FI continually timed out, resulting in loss of internet connection at the most important time!! Additionally, their TV's were having issues. All in all, I come to Buffalo Wild Wings for "more than the food" and was ultimately disappointed by the amenities and environment of this location.
