Well we’re do I start. I’m setting in the drive threw waiting———still waiting———my god still waiting! So I dive up to the window no one to be seen I started this experience at 5:00am now I drive threw again it wasn’t till 5:30am I got some one and we’ll I felt like I was being impatient. They took my order they didn’t have and of the coffee made so I had to substitute with coffee and when I paid it was like treated so rudely no thank you nothing. Then when they handed me my order it rude no thank you please come again hell I felt like the guy just wanted to throw the bag at me. I just don’t know what I did that was so wrong with showing up at the posted time to get a little something to eat. Made me late for work. And I felt like I did something wrong with showing up to order something to eat. This store need a serious make over with there staff and how to great customers. I mean seriously you shouldn’t leave you costumer’s feeling like that. It’s bad for return business. I don’t care how many customers you get! That’s all I have to say. Honestly, I could go on! Read moreThis was one of the worst experiences I've had at McDonald's the manager lied to me at the window and said she was the only one working she's not only charged me $17.99 but gave me re-cooked hash browns that were already look like they've been double dipped in the fryer they're old they're crusty they're falling apart my two breakfast sandwiches number two and a number six were undercooked they were cold the management was horrible and unprofessional refused to give me a refund I asked for the manager's name and she slammed the window on me telling me as she's slamming the window she's not obligated to give me that refuse to reopen the window to give me my refund or exchange the food for new food she completely just disrespected me and was totally oblivious and aware of what she was doing but no care in the world she was a 100% the worst manager in the whole McDonald's history I used to work at McDonald's I work fast food now so I understand on both sides of the fence but all of this was unnecessary uncalled for unprofessional and so disappointing I got robbed for 1799 for all over too cold undercooked breakfast sandwiches and then three overly cooked hash browns that had been sitting in the fryer you could tell from the looks of it for over an hour they must have just dipped it back in the fryer and sent it out the management in this place is the worst you ever want to go pay $20 for two breakfast sandwiches three hash browns and a coffee that comes with a meal and get $20 stolen tooken with a Chance of catching food poisoning undercooked food and no refunds manager is a faith and a liar I would never recommend this place for anybody I will definitely be getting a hold...
Read moreThere's a reason I usually go to the urbandale location. Never fails, this location has cold food and who knew you had to check a Happy meal for a toy. The girl who threw my food out the window didn't speak at all, and seriously, forgot the toy in the Happy meal. WTH
UPDATE: STILL ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. I just sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes. Not exaggerating. 40 minutes. So believe it or not, my food was cold, my shake was melted and my large Coke was a diet with no ice. And I wasn't waiting another 40 minutes to talk to anyone. Just close this location. It's pretty obvious you just need to close.
Update #2: wife ordered a large iced mocha, got to the window, received a small. Was told to pull forward, the girl brought her a large, warmish, made wrong cuz it tasted terribly, no ice and she ran back inside without turning around as she yelled and honked the horn to ask why there was no ice. My wife would have went inside after her, but it's not smart to leave a sleeping 1 year old in the car, and nobody wants to wait another half hour to 45 minutes in the drive thru just to tell someone they got it wrong the first and second time. I'd like to think it's just us that has problems, but the fact that EVERY TIME we stop at this location out of convenience, something is wrong or missing or just plain dissapointing, says that it can't just be us.
